Not the best McDonalds but not the worse either. They were apparently short staffed like most McDonald's these days, but the dining room was open. All orders had to be picked up at the counter, even if you used the kiosk and got one of the numbered table stands. The kiosk that I used printed out a totally blank receipt which was annoying, as I didn't know my order number. The food was made decently but my wife's chicken nuggets didn't taste very good. The food wait time wasn't too bad and the restaurant was clean enough.
Gross absolutely filthy!! Trash, hair, food, and other unknown substances all over the floors and chairs. I said something to the manager, as I watched the kid behind the counter play with sanitizer foam for 30 minutes instead of attending the lobby. The Manager didn't have a name tag and wouldn't give her name, she was taller with dreadlocks and darker skin. After telling her about the disgusting lobby she did nothing. She did not instruct the kid to do his job and clean the lobby, he just continued to play with sanitizer foam 30 minutes of it!!!!!!! Crazy manager is worthless and needs to fired immediately or demoted and retrained on how to sweep,mop, and wipe tables.
If I had a negative option they would get it.First trip ordered large drinks and fries.. repeated the order then rang me up wrong when I asked why my stuff was not large...found out they said one thing did another..Next morning go back , thinking let's try them again on our way out of here.Nope ...worse ..same issue read the order back then imputed different sizes asked again... Nope they me up wrong again.....Then not only did they give me the wrong sandwich but it was burnt... No biggie .. I go in to get a new one...The manager on duty Renita proceeded to say they all are burnt... Um ok.. tried to just wait on my new food...She then proceeded to run her mouth at 7 am about it... Like no customers where standing right there ... She was unprofessional... And clearly should not be working with the public... And it was def was too early for me to loose it ok on some sad employee that does not like her job....not to mention how she was talking to the employees... Shame on you for hiring or keeping her... You could tell the employees did not respond well to her AT ALL
Received wrong order from drive-thru and of course this was the one time we didn't check it. Got setup out on the beach and then is was breakfast time. Realized order wasn't ours so I went back to the store and the manager that helped me made it right and even replaced our caramel frappe's since they weren't still good to drink with the food. Thanks for making it right without any problems. Guess we'll have to make sure we check them every time before driving away from the drive thru
Wonderful food and both ti.es hot food and very fresh
Very friendly cashier, rest of staff not so much, fries were cold, 4 packs of ketchup after waiting for thirty mins for food, lady acted like I was asking for million dollars when asked for few more packs for kids
Horrible fries just don’t go. McDonald’s was the only consistent fast food chain. Now I see a lot of complaints about food ,service but mostly bad fries. I am not going to any for one month.
The ketchup was smeared on top of the bun on one sandwich and the ohions globbed together like a paste outside the other sandwich.. I could only eat the pie as I do not like their fries a total waste of 10 bucks and I was starving but this food looked as if it would get me sick.
Stopped in around 10 ordered the menu hack surf and turf well this might be the worst meal ever fries were Luke warm at best double cheeseburger the cheese was cold and the fish sandwich was like rubber and it was so hot even the tater sauce was hot thin and runny but hey you got the coke right
Menu board not working. Had to drive around building to other lane. I ordered deluxe crispy chicken sandwich with no pickles. I received a plain chicken sandwich with pickles. Fries over cooked and brown. Poor excuse for a McDonalds.
