Fast & friendly!This McDonalds has the fastest curbside pick-up ever!!! I've waited as long as 15 min at other locations but not here... they were walking up just as I put my phone down! 4 items & 1 was special order! Wow! I appreciate that!Biscuits & gravy at McDonald's?!! Not on the west coast! Delicious surprise!
Food was actually good. But the customer service was absolutely terrible. Completely disorganized behind the counter, employees running around not knowing what they're doing, repeating orders back to customers in the drive through at LEAST 4 or 5 times. The front counter person BARELY spoke any English. They were out of half the items on the menu, and the manager didnt have a care in the world. I thought the McDonald's from where im from was bad, from the experience i had at this location, i will appreciate the ones where i live because that was chaos. I definitely will never visit this location again.
Great food, millennials don't talk much, but service was still good
Very friendly staff.. lane went steady through drive through dispite time of day. Tea was great.. however. fries were tasteless ,, no salt.. only disappointing thing. Filled the hole!
It's very clean and service was good - prompt food came out hot not all ways the case at some McDonald's as well as other fast food places.
It's a fast food restaurant chain...so it was as efficient as it could be... the service was good but sometimes the accuracy is not the best...but they are growing everyday
Use points from prior purchases on app. Great quick service. A credit to fast food.
Slow at the checkout. Used the screen to order and then paid cash. Ordered fries without salt so they arrived hot. Was clean, tv on the wall, quite busy.
Was told they had sugar free syrup before ordering then after receiving my hotcakes was told no they didn't. Was not a happy customer when I left !!
It's McDonald's,what more is there to say,other than the drive thru service has STEADILY gone down in quality and customer respect.......I really am considering using another fast food restaurant from now on
