I can't say enough good things about this place. It is located near my office, so I come here at least twice a week to pick up lunch. My order is always ready and waiting for me when I walk in and is always correct. The staff is very friendly and efficient. The value is great! I usually get the pick 2, half a sandwich and salad for 12 bucks, can't beat it! (Muchhhh better and better value than Panera.)
Ordered a to go order online, the left out our side, our dressings, and our dessert. Literally 1/4 of our order. Talked to the employees working who seemed annoyed. They were too interested in talking about prom together than helping guests. Emailed feedback, never heard anything. Too many good restaurants in Myrtle to continue frequenting a place that has lackluster service and cant get your order right.
Ordered a Savanah Chopped Salad, they are the best. Never a disappointment
Best McAlister's I've been to! The staff was so friendly, and my food was ready so quickly. Not to mention I had everything I needed to enjoy my meal! I have been to this location several times and have always been satisfied. Definitely recommend!!!
I used to love this place until the cashier with the blue hair decided that it was okay to say very negative things about my sister. She thought it was okay to say those things because she thought my sister couldn’t here since she had headphones in we herd everything . When talking to the manager he told my mom that he told my mom how do you know that’s what was said. And basically said we couldn’t trust what my sister had to say. What was said was very inappropriate and very uncalled for. The conversation should not be a conversation for up front. Giving this place a 1 star because I cannot give them a zero.
I chose to dine here with 2 friends. We were ordering separately. We were called to the register as a group. Two of us got our order placed then the girl proceeded to walk away without a word. Another girl aalked up and said the register is closed and made her go to the back of the line behind everyone that had just walked in. She kept saying my manager told me too. Spoke with the manager and he said that she shouldn't have been sent to the back of the line. When the original girl called her to the register, she then called us rude for feeling like that shouldn't have happened that way.
The food was Delicious and for being short staffed, my order was served to my table almost before I placed our number on stand.Would Recommend Highly

McAlister's is usually one of my favorite places to go for lunch. But I was disappointed with the Savannah Chopped Salad at the N Myrtle Beach location. My salad had no dried cranberries & no almonds.
The food here is absolutely delicious!!!!! I had the chicken Cesar salad wrap and my husband had the McAlister club it was full of meat. We will definitely be back.
