The food was okay but overpriced. This was the first place that I dined in since before March 2020, when COVID started. I chose this place because it has an open atmosphere and they stated steps being taken to prevent the spread of COVID. The COVID notes listed were not being followed. I didn't see hand sanitizer available anywhere. Staff were clearing tables and serving food without washing their hands.
Let me start off by saying this is one of my favorite places to eat while visiting the beach. With that being said we will never be back, from start to finish this was the worst experience we’ve ever had at any restaurant. When we first got there the wait was 30 to 45 minutes after an hour my wife checked how much longer and they had sat someone in place of us and told us it had been 29 minutes they had been sitting there. I have no idea how this could happen since they are supposed to text you, then one of the employees says I need to see your first text, like I was lying, I almost left then but I had my family and it had already been over an hour by then. We were seated and we ordered 10 minutes later they tell my son they are out of the crab melt, when the food finally arrives they left my side of greens off, and we waited forever for the food but it wasn’t just us everyone around us was waiting also. We were there for over two hours not one apology from a manager for their mistake on seating us or for the long wait on the food. We will never be back and I would advise eating somewhere else.
Excellent food. Friendly service. Best onion rings ever. Shrimp grilled perfectly. Pimento chz burger with fried green tomatoes was excellent.
We did the call ahead seating. When we arrived we were told it would still be an additional 45 mins.. that I could have tolerated.. However, 3 hours later we were finally seated. Ridiculous wait time. Food and wait staff was very good. Atmosphere was also wonderful. Tips.... do not go on a Monday night when they have fire works.
First of all, go ahead and add 45+ minutes to your projected seating time if you check in online. Got on the waitlist at 6:14, sat down at 8:58. But boy was the food worth the wait!! Blackened shrimp and crab melt were favorites of the table… and the onion rings were the HIT of the table! YUM!
Owned by Jimmy Buffets sister this restaurant is amazing. It overlooks water. The food is DELICIOUS! The onion rings and okra appetizers were great. The burgers, shrimp bowl and clam entrees were amazing. Nice kids menu. Large proportions.. we will definitely go back. Very crowded at night, May want to go for lunch or early dinner to avoid long waits! Worth any wait!
We used call ahead seating and a table was ready as soon as we arrived. The food was delicious. I personally ordered the fish of the day which was swordfish. The rest of the family ordered buffalo honey chicken fingers, nachos, and a burger. I don’t remember which burger. The swordfish was really good. (Picture). The setting was awesome with live music. We really enjoyed the gas lamps on the walkway.
I am so happy Wendy help us with our issue we was having with out tickets and our card. She made everything about our experience at Lulu beach arcade better and will definitely come back because of her.
Did the Waitlist on Cell? at 4:00. Got there at 6:00 & got seated at 8:15. Thank God there is free entertainment for Kids= bonus Never again but our Waiter was great!
We used the online, get in line button, on their website and were seated right away after we arrived even though there was people there waiting. Our waitress was very nice and our food was good. I got the fish and shrimp and the fish wasn't as tender as I would have liked but tasted good and the shrimp was very good. We will definitely go back. Our view of the waterway was great.
