Great service. Tasty steak. I prefer a good steak to be prepared with light salt and butter. This steak seemed to have a peppery dry rub or seasoning. Not unpleasant, but I like to taste my STEAK. I can't eat gristle, so approx 10-15% of my steak was a dog treat. The sides and house salad were good. They happened to have a favorite craft draft of ours, so that helped wash it all down. Server was great!

Wish I would of gotten more pictures of the food than just the French onion soup but the food was so looked so great that I fully forgot to take a photo! I took my grandma out for lunch for her first steak in years and I am so glad we choose Longhorns. The food and staff were so nice and amazing! We couldn't even come close to finishing our plates but thank goodness for to-go boxes! We saved some room and ordered the molten lava cake and I'm so glad we did. That has to be the best dessert I have had in years! So glad we choose this steakhouse as they beyond impressed us!

We live in North Myrtle Beach and go here about once a week. We quite enjoy it and the food is always excellent. Tonight...the food was excellent ....but the service was annoying. Some lady kept coming to the table, interrupting, reaching over our food, or asking us to hand her the sweetener container so she could refill it. Then she comes back a few minutes later and returned it and handed it to us to put back in place, interrupting is again. Then..... ANOTHER lady....clearly seeing the to go box on our table....asked if we needed another Togo box (even though all our dishes had been cleared and there was no food to put in a to go box). She was clearly rushing us. We had barely finished our meal! We are very aware of not lingering in restaurants and taking up tables. We go out to eat EVERY SINGLE DAY. So to be shuffled out like this AND be constantly interrupted during a $100 meal is completely rude and unnecessary. There are WAY to many good restaurants down here to be treated this way

Excellent customer service! Mercedes was our waitress, and we didn't have to ask her for anything the entire time, she checked on us frequently and with a smile! We did ask a manager to cook our steak a little longer. And Peyton was happy to help us, and when Johnny brought it back to our table, he even waited to ensure it was to our satisfaction! We will definitely be back because of service like this.

We went to Longhorn for the first time on 3/27/2022, for a birthday dinner. Needless to say that it was a great experience. Our server Brooke was simply amazing from customer service, to being relation and while maintaining professionalism. Brooke went above and beyond to accommodate us in every way possible. We spoke with her manager Alex, who was also amazing and express our awesome visit the first time around. No wait time, no long wait for our food and never had to wait for a refill!! Thank you for making our sister birthday dinner simply amazing and fun.

First of all I love the interior design of these restaurants. It's different from your "run of the mill" steak house. Our waiter tonight was above our expectations. He was very attentive to our needs and really a "Johnny on the spot" kinda guy. The food was just great. My wife had the parmesean crusted chicken and I had the 12oz. ribeye. Both were superb and cooked to our our perfection. You will not go wrong enjoying a meal here.

One little snafu and a little problem knocks the score down a bit. The meal was fine even though the entree was out only a couple of minutes after the salads. The steaks were nearly perfect. The one problem was that the management did not notice that a majority of customers were eating their dinners with coats on because it was quite chilly in the restaurant. That detail was completely missed by the manager. You don't eat at home while wearing a coat and should not have to in a restaurant.

You can never go wrong with LongHorns. The Second best steak I ever had. (In first place is how my father in law makes it and it’s amazing) beside that the food and service was great today. I had the renegade sirloin and baked potato and as always it was very good.Given the times we are in with low staffing, due to Covid, this crew I saw never skipped a beat. Monika B. Was our waiteress today and she assisted at the bar. Very nice waitress and was on top of things. Fantastic work Monika!

My family and I came here for our late Christmas dinner and birthday celebration. The service was great and the food was excellent. We love steak and fish. I got the New York strip with mashed potatoes and my wife got the salmon with fresh veggies. If you want a good steak and you don't feel like cooking give this place a go. ☺

The first and most important thing to us was when we walked in the door the hostess and server put their masks on. I told Brook we were so happy to see that! We, also, wanted seated away from people.. Brook told us, as soon as, she saw we were masked up coming in she felt it would “obviously make us feel better.” Now that’s a good server! If an employee can pick up and mirror customers, she’s conscientious. On top of that she was charming and had a bubbly personality. We really enjoyed her. Now for the food. Two ribeyes, one with fries, one with Brussels sprouts. Both very good meals. The Brussels sprouts were excellent, worth the up charge. We had the Wild West shrimp appetizer. We’d highly recommend that too. It was a huge appetizer, big enough to share with 2 to 4 people. My only recommendation on that is we’d prefer a different sauce. It comes with ranch dressing which was ok but maybe offer two dips. All in all very good meal. We will go back and specifically request Brook! This was a very covid19 safe place to dine today!
