I am a licensed Realtor and I was showing some clients some early morning houses, 8 a.m.. since they are from out of town, I decided to go to Krispy Kreme and get them a box of the original Donuts for their trip back to NY. I was a little disappointed that I could not get the small donuts for their child, and many of the other Donuts were not even made. This was at 7:15 a.m. in the morning. The Dozen Donuts I did get were delicious and they loved them dearly. I was just a little bit disappointed that they did not have everything on the menu to start the day.

Poor attitude is an understatement. Today I went through the Krispy kreme drive-through an ordered 6 dozen original glazed doughnuts. The lady at the drive thru told me the next time I needed to come inside. There was nobody behind me in line but I apologized. She seemed annoyed from the moment that I pulled up. I also had a coupon for the double dozen promotion that I found on the Krispy Kreme website. She tried to charge me $55 for 6 dozen doughnuts that were supposed to be $14 for 2 dozens. I let her know that that wasn't correct and she went to grab a manager. They finally got it correct and she gave me my donuts. I asked her for some napkins and she proceed to give me about 20. I have 72 doughnuts, what is 20 napkins going to do? I had to ask for more and she said I put napkins in the bag. That is not enough. She slammed the window and I literally had to blow my horn to ask for more. I am not surprised that her name was Karen on my receipt.
I have received an incorrect order for the second time, back to back...both times I ordered the classic assortment, but ended up with 1 original, 1 chocolate covered, 1 raspberry cream filled, and the rest looked like some sort of specialty doughnuts. However, I'm more upset about the hair that had dried to the glaze on the bottom of one of the doughnuts!!! Also, they were starting to get hard. Sorry guys, but I've got to call it like I see it...I realize things can get hectic, newbies are in Training, lines are long, but employees need to get their heads in the game!
Great doughnuts. The employees are fantastic and so kind. They are far understaffed but doing a wonderful job
Limited selection. Place looks dated... needs an upgrade. Watched employees make fresh doughnuts which is always fun, but my doughnut didn't taste very fresh
YOU JUST CAN'T FIND A GLAZED RAISED DONUT BETTER THAN KRISPY CREAM. THEY ARE SOOO GOOD.
Great Krispy Kreme they only had 4 ppl running the whole store,the girl at the front counter was Adrianna & she was extremely efficient and upbeat to be slammed with customers. I tried to give her a tip but she declined it & said she wasn't allowed to take it.That was the only disappointment get those people a tip jar!
Donuts were good service was a little spotty.. Took really long to get the donuts and there was no communication from the staff as to why I was waiting 10 minutes after paying for my donuts to actually show up. If they would have told me I was waiting for fresh ones I wouldn't have been upset but just to leave me sit 10 minutes after taking my money was a little frustrating.
