Food was great. Server was great. One person greeting, answering the phone and seating people. She was overwhelmed. We had reservations and waited 15 minutes while walk-ins were seated ahead of us. Management needs to address this issue.
First time here, and the food was yummy. Everyone had something different to eat, and all seemed pleased. Very nice. Weâll go again.
So so variety of food. Gospel music could include more current Gospel but Group was very good
Had to wait an hour for food and thirty minutes for anyone to wait on us then forgot to put our order in so that was another 30 minutes
My wife an I absolutely loved the experience! From the service to the so cool artwork and ceiling! Will definitely be back!!

I do not know how many large parties that the House of Blues in Myrtle Beach has ever hosted besides concerts. A reservation was made a month ahead for a party of 8 that grew to a party of 20. I called and gave an updated party number and was confirmed a day later for the party of 20 @ 4:30 pm. Day of Wedding: Arrival by Groom and bride was behind by about 10 minutes. When I (The Grrom) arrived and checked in discovered about half the party was already in the waiting area or the bar. I was told that the whole party would need to be present before anyone could be seated. I can speak on customer service since I am an expert in the field of customer service with to many years under my belt. This decision was a slap in the face from the manager that such a large party would need to be present in totality before being seated. For a party of 20 that is coming from mulipul locations across the city some are going to be late. A figure of 5 problems that can delay a persons arrival is a vary basic number. This staff was completely unprepared for the party even with an advance notice. Having to wait for the whole party to arrive delayed seating by about 30 minutes. None of the party could be seated until everyone was there and the last arrived about 30 minutes late. To be expected when corrdanationg on a midum scale. Service was further slowed by wanting to break up the check how the manger saw fit instead of asking how the bill should be split or should there be only one bill. About half the orders were not sent to back of house correctly and halft the party did not receive what they had ordered. This is plus and minus items on the plate. Some feedback from others in the party ranged from improper cooked hamburgers and items were over seasoned or under seasoned. We had a wonderful wedding on the beach at sunset placing this bad experience behind us temporalty. I had looked to the experience from this restaurant and bar for a long time and was letdown in all areas.
The food was quite good, especially the jalapeno cornbread and bread pudding, as was the service. The restaurant connects to the "Deck", an outdoor area with a bar, table seating, and live music, and we had after dinner cocktails there while listening to a fun band called "Soultriii". Overall, we had an excellent experience at House of Blues, and we are planning on a return trip soon with some friends.
The food was good,, however it took forever to get my dinner.
Arrived at 7:30 for reservation, wasnât seated until 7:56. We were attending a concert after. Ordered at 8, got food at 8:40. Salad was limp and oily. Talked to manager. She was nice enough to take salad off bill. Manager gave us 25% discount only after we asked for it. We missed more than 1/2 the concert. So loud with voices, 2 different musics playing.
