Stopped here Thursday afternoon (7/14) for lunch.Relatively busy but we were greeted and seated immediately.My wife and I both got cheeseburgers. I had the slaw, my wife had fries.Everything was hot. Burgers were great, fries perfectly done & the slaw was really good.The staff was great. Perfect level of attention without that feeling that they ate hovering.Outside there is plenty of parking - many spots are shaded.Inside has a nice almost homey feel.I will absolutely be back.Be aware that they only take cash - but there is an ATM.Prices are extremely reasonable also.

Four of us went here for a burger after hearing this was the place to go for the best burger. We waited around 15 minutes and were seated and served promptly despite it being very busy. The service was pleasant, the wings and burgers were very tasty and price was reasonable. This is nothing fancy but it’s clean, the food is good and the service is friendly and it seems to run like a well oiled machine. Will be back but probably after the summer crowds are gone.
Over an hour wait for what amounts to concession stand food and they only take cash. The 1 bbq sauce they had was disgusting. I do not understand the positive reviews for this place.
Consistently quality food. Great place for a cold beer and a burger at reasonable prices. The onion rings are real old-style rings.
The quintessential cheese burger. While Hamburgers Joes isn’t fancy, it serves a fantastic cheese burger with just a couple toppings. I was shocked at how tasty this classic cheeseburger was. Fries and onion rings were excellent. I left knowing I would be back.
Went there Sunday evening (in June) and there was a lot of folks waiting. Figured we would wait as well, and was told 40-45 minutes. Actual wait was under 40, so was happy with that. (they do move people through here) Got a cheeseburger and a hot dog, fries & onion rings. The food was pretty good, and the prices make this a 5 star review. Speaking of price, make sure to bring cash, as credit cards are not accepted.
Consider the price, the quality and amount of food for the price it's top notch! Just wish they offered a larger burger -- just get two if you're really hungry!
The Burgers were pretty good. I wouldn’t declare Famous but ok. We had a Family of 7 & were seated very promptly. The Food arrived also prompt. Service was very good also. This was our 2nd time eating here. Would return.
Without much contest Hamburger Joe's was my favorite restraurant during our week long trip in the area. We stopped here twice so I tried both cheeseburger and gold wings. The food was incredible, a great value, and the cheap draft beer was huge win as well. Just be sure to pack your cash along as they don't take plastic.
Best place for hamburgers. Menu is limited to hamburgers, wings, chicken sandwiches and fries. They only take cash and do turn you over quick. Food is served hot and fast. Does have long waits at times because it is so good.
