OK, part of this is my age. I am 65 and not used to paying $70+ for burger and fries for 4 people (3 + 1 youth). Chuck the opening statement and sticker shock and what you are left with is an outstanding burger. The commercials? That ones that show the product you think you'll get? You actually get it here. The lacking star is for service. Again, apart from that you'll not find a better burger. And the fries? Holy smokes! Fresh cut and heavenly. One "regular" order will easily feed two. EASILY. I included three orders (regular orders) of fries and could have fed a third world country. I know the high prices are not entirely their fault but was a little overwhelmed.
Placed an online order at 5pm for a 5:30 pick. Walk in at 5:38 place is empty, employees were chit chatting, and said I was here for my order. They had not even started cooking the burgers or fries.No one seemed to care. Just business as usual. There was plenty of time to complete the order. Left at 5:51 with my order no apology or offer make it right, not even a free milk shake.
The fries and the peanut butter milkshake are good. I will be returning .
I had to leave before I blew a gasket.... the people in front of me didn't know what they wanted and they were on their cell phone with someone else that didn't know what they wanted either. And of course the cashier just looking at them....I won't go back to this location
Burgers and hotdogs are always good. Thrown together in a messy way, but I still ate it. Friendly staff. I would return.
Friendly staff answered all our questions and prepared our order correctly and swiftly! We had a great experience. Clean bathrooms, too.
Five guys is always good.... I think they got the best hot dogs
The staff working on 2/11/2022 were helpful and so kind. Excellent customer service! Food was hot and ready for pickup! Highly recommend!
2 hamburgers...1 French fry...2 drinks....$40. Burgers are good but the meal is not worth $40. Will not go vack
It's been better. Burger was under-seasoned, and chewy. Left off multiple ingredients. Bacon was burned. Kids would hardly eat, unusual for them. For the premium price one expects better than drive-thru quality.
