My boyfriend & I went through the drive through & this girl was so nice to us so we wanted to tip her $4 but one of the other girls told her she had to put it in a cup , hopefully she got them at the end of her shift ! If a customer tips a worker personally , that worker should be able to keep the tips , they earned it !
Staff at this location is rude. They didn’t let me finish my order before demanding me to pull forward. No receipt. One lady kept staring at my daughter. Worst Dunkin I’ve been too.
First of all it’s disgusting. Grab a mop for gods sake. The staff sucks. Left me standing at the counter while I was ignored by 4 people. The worst Dunkin’ Donuts there is.

In need of a cleaning... not a wipe down the counter clean...we are talking get yhe bucket of lysol clean. Very few donuts on display. Day olds for sure.
Officially, never again. I placed my order at 10:37 and I’m leaving at 11:06. For a latte and pancake minis. The entire staff had no idea what they were doing. They had to start asking everyone what they wanted because they didn’t have any kind of procedure to organize their orders. What a waste of my time! I hate that I’d placed the mobile order because I’d have just left after waiting that long. There’s clearly no training on these staff on how to run this place, especially when it’s busy. I’ve never seen such a disorganized dunkin in my life. I’ve been coming to this location for almost a year, and I can’t handle it anymore. It’s become a disaster!

Just ordered two iced coffees from here and they were all milk.. myrtle beach dunkins have gotten very poor. Why would I spend four dollars on a cup of milk.
