We ordered online for pickup at 10:15. Got there a little bit early, and all I did was check the rack of pickup orders just to see if mine happened to be finished. It wasn't. Fine. We waited. 10:15 came. 10:20 came. A guy came in for his 10:30 pickup order at 10:23, angry because it wasn't finished. He threw a little fit on the employees. They gave him an extra complimentary half dozen donuts and pushed his order to the front. I waited patiently. 10:40. 10:45. Finally, I walked up to the counter and my donuts had been sitting in the corner, all other orders pushed ahead of mine for some reason. It took 35 minutes for them to make half a dozen donuts from my online order. What I don't understand is that they gave the impatient loudmouth extra donuts and his order long before they had mine finished, when they could have used that time to get my order finished. Cold donuts, very disappointed.
Duck Donuts is unique experience all on its own. They specialize in wild, wacky, and delicious donuts, alongside a viewing experience where you can watch them prepare the donuts right in front of you. I highly recommend a trip!
The donuts are out of this world. Crispy cream got nothing on Duck Donuts. You can customize your own flavors. The only limit is your imagination. The only problem with that… is that you sure will get addicted .
Miss Myra was so incredibly kind when we were there!! My boyfriend wasn’t feeling well the past few days and she treated him so well! Very friendly and the donuts are so delicious, we came back for more!!
Delicious, cake doughnuts! We enjoyed the peach pie, chocolate and coconut toppings. The doughnuts melt in your mouth and make you want to come back for seconds!
Wow! My first Duck Donut was the Maple Bacon. Sooooooo good! MYRA met us at the door a few minutes before closing and welcomed us in and since it was our first time we weren't really sure what to expect but ? the donuts were warm and fresh 3 minutes before closing! Maple Bacon, Peach Cobbler and French Toast as donuts ? ? ? ? Thank you Myra! Can't wait to try a dozen the next time ?

My husband and I were trying Duck Donuts for the first time while on vacation. We were both impressed! The staff was friendly and helpful! We felt welcome and appreciated. The Fun In the Sun was excellent and I'd for sure order it again!
