We love dominos and have never had this issue before. We ordered a couple of pizzas and it said it was on the way but was never delivered. The store won't answer. This is ridiculous.

Unfortunately, the Chicken Carbonara was missing the chicken. Pizzas barely had sauce, toppings, or cheese. The service was good but the pizza crust was dry, hard, and tough. The chicken wings were tasty, but spending $49 on the entire order left me feeling dissatisfied and overall unhappy with this experience. Worst meal of my vacation ?

I ordered at least 45 mins before I showed up for my pizzas, got there and they said “it will be at least another 25 mins before I can start making it, do you still want me to make it” ummm yea that’s a dumb question considering I’ve already paid for it and gave you an extra 15 mins past original pickup time and it also says my order is ready on the tracker… waited at the counter for 7 mins before anyone even acknowledged me and even then had to flag down an employee to ask about my order. Then the guy walked around and was so lost “looking for my pizza” guess where it was? Still hanging in the ticket machine. This is worse dominos I’ve ever visited in my life!

There's been numerous times that I've ordered food from this location and have not received it or it take hours upon hours to receive it. About a little over a week ago I ordered dinner at 7:45ish and at 10:30 we still sat here trying to call to reach someone but that's no longer a thing. It took all my points for my free pizza and I truly wish I'd never would have given my child Domino's because if he didn't like it so much I would never order from there again. Also multiple occasions where I've had to drive to the store after waiting hours because I was told that the food was out for delivery when it never was. Needless to say I just ordered from the north Myrtle Beach location and if it's a bad experience this time my kids just going to have to find some new pizza to like. Thank you for starving us to death LOL hence why I'm paying cash because I never know if it's going to be here or not... That's pretty sad when you have a computer running your store for the most part and it's still a complete disaster....

They said delivered right after I ordered it so I could not track the order. Waited over an hour for bad wings. Cook at home if you can.

No phone ever answered to place the order. By the way check it out. I was order 356. When it answered it went to a fax! Are you kidding me? When the order was finally place (on line) it stated order would be delivered in up to 26 minutes, so I followed the tracker. When the link showed the order was out for delivery, it said my delivery would be at my hotel room at 9:02. Then I sat down looking at the link showed a delivery car twice at the store and all over the area delivering. 1 hour and 15 minutes later I finally got a knock at my door. Ask as for the delay the man said I left 30 minutes ago. I said, I was supposed to be here for 9:02pm. The man said you were the last to order. and I left for delivery at 9:05pm. But it was close to 10pm now. They cannot even get their story straight. The man was rude and had a bad attitude. He did not even offer an apology. This is THE WORSE EXPERIENCE OF ANY DELIVERY I ever had. And for letting my kids go hungry the offer you 60 points? They must be kidding. If there would even be an apology I would have kept the order. But having a guy with an attitude asking me, "Well, do you want the order or nor?" So, Domino's is usually good. But this delivery was the worse.

Just like others have said. cancelled an online order with zero explanation as to why (probably because we're vacationing in a hotel and they didn't want to deliver for some reason) little do they know we always tip well if the service is reasonable. surprised this place is still open based on others experiences as well.

We were here on vacation and ordered delivery to our hotel. The driver, Tony, was extremely rude and aggresive when delivering our order. I called the store manager, Jeffrey, and told him what happened. He took down my number and told me he would return my call and never did. Pizza was garbage as well. Save your time and money and order from somewhere else.

Horrible experience. Ordered a pizza. The app said it was delivered but it never was. Tried to call the store and they would hang up. The store seems like they are updating the pizza as delivered when it’s not. Mario the delivery driver was great and apologetic though.

Our order consisted of two medium pizzas and an order of garlic bread twists. The time of the order and delivery were great. The bread twists were very good and I can't speak for the Ultimate Pepperoni pizza because I did not eat any of that. The issue we have is with the Buffalo Chicken pizza.The Buffalo Chicken pizza crust was very thin. The entire pizza was overcooked and very dry. The amount of chicken was very scarce. And as far as a 'buffalo' sauce, there was either none applied or very little. My family of three were only able to eat half of this pizza due to the disappointing appearance and taste.As I stated in the first paragraph, I personally did not have any of the Ultimate Pepperoni pizza but was told that it was OK but dry. May need to reconsider how much sauce is added as a 'normal' amount.
