Ate lunch at this location on June 24th.Not that busy and got seated right away. The waitress took our order promptly.I ordered the chicken fried steak, turnip greens and loaded potato. Everything tasted good and was served hot. My wife ordered the country fried steak, loaded hash browns and turnip greens. She was also pleased. The wait was reasonable - wish the rolls would be served while waiting. But, alas the cornbread rolls were as hard as a hockey puck ?.The mens bathroom was dirty and one urinal is out of order. The retail store section was like all Cracker Barrels. A nice mix of cutesy nicknacks and old time candies.

If I could give more stars than I would. The food was the best I have had at Cracker Barrel in a while. Our service by Sarah was awesome. I have no idea who the cook was, but they had the BEST broccoli I have ever had at CB. My husband's chicken fried steak was tender and tasty. My maple grilled chicken was delicious as well. Great job, especially considering how everyone is hurting for help now. I highly recommend this Cracker Barrel.

Everyone said the food was great, no complaints about the food. The waitress had a bid of an attitude her name is Maria. We had a party of 14 I guess it was too much for her although we had 2 waitress. The other one was very nice and professional. The store itself is great. Lots of stuff to choose from. They have clothes, things for the house to candy and snacks. Will definitely go back hopefully with a different waitress.

The food was wonderful and the waitress was very kind

What was that ? I thought it’s a thrift store when we interest and then one old lady said welcome to Cracker Barrel, we went n it’s like zombie land , poor thing the waiter so old no one young n they couldn’t see or walk my husband ordered a burger with French fries n I ordered chicken salad , after an hour from waiting for the food the burger came cold n half coked n my salad came bacon with egged so it took us another hour to have our order right the poor old lady apologized for loosing her mind she said it’s too much going on n crowded n she couldn’t focus , they need young ppl there poor thing we left feeling sorry n promised no more Cracker Barrel for us again

I went twice on Sunday for dinner and Tuesday afternoon for brunch. Both experiences were good. Had better waitress on Sunday. Not bad Tuesday just that the waitress was training and felt a lil rushed to order when we first sat down. Overall, Pretty Good Experience.

Wow it's a sad day! Came to celebrate a friend's birthday for breakfast and wound up eating it at lunch time. Kept being told it's the new and inexperienced cooks fault! No that's a failure of the management not the new cooks fault! We had two checks for our table so half the food came out then the other folks had to wait another 20 minutes to get their food. We had ate and the plates collected before they got their food. Again we were told it's the cooks fault. Then their order was incorrect and again it's the cooks fault. Man I guess he is having a hard time being run over by that bus so many times. Then the sausage was not at all cooked on the inside and I guess that was his fault! LoL we tried to talk to the manager but he's to busy on his tablet seating more customers to worry about the ones that are already seated.Update: Cracker Barrel corporate contacted me asking for more information. Then the New manager also contacted me and was very apologetic about the experience as well. I am very impressed that they take time to read reviews and try to make things right! Great job!!!! We look forward to many more meals as we seem to always eat at a Cracker Barrel on every trip we take no matter where we go!

Update: I didn't do this review to get anything for it. I am happy that Cracker Barrell contacted us and apologized and has made changes. We love eating at Cracker Barrell wherever we go. We will definitely be back.Original post: Seating was pretty good only 30 minutes. Food was delicious once we got it an hour later. Someone on the cooking staff is new. We got our food before our friends. Their food came out 20 min later and some of it was not fully cooked. Their eggs were wrong but their replacements came out quickly. Not our normal experience. I don't think the cook was the only problem but things happen. Since Covid people don't want to work and places are having trouble getting good help. Manager said the sausage would be pink even if they burnt it but he'd take it off the ticket. It wasn't done MED RARE MAYBE. Our friends didn't get to enjoy their meal. Maybe we'll have a better experience at the next one.

My family has been regulars to this Cracker Barrel for years- a lot of the staff instantly recognize my three year old and are always so sweet to her. Special thanks to Tracy Oates (no relation) who works in the store, for always being so nice and friendly. We’ve had less than stellar experiences here and there through the years, but generally we’ve had good service and excellent food. We went for dinner last night (4/9/2022), and it very well be our last time going. My wife is fasting during the day this month for her religion and she was craving Cracker Barrel for when she could break her fast at sunset. We arrived after 7:00p.m. and had around a 20 minute wait, which wasn’t bad for a Saturday night. As we waited my three year picked out a little baby doll and baby bottle that she charmed her way into convincing me to buy her even though we had bought a similar baby doll from there previously, and her big sister found a squishy toy she wanted- I was going to to pay for the toys after we ate and I paid for the meal. When we were seated at our table it timed up perfectly for when my wife could eat and drink for the day.We were seated over 10 minutes without a waiter coming to our table. When the hostess walked near us, I got her attention and asked where our waiter was. She promised that he would would be right over and walked away. I watched her as she went back to the hostess table without getting anyone’s attention. After another 5 minutes the waiter came by and took our order. Based on the bad start, I was expecting to have a waiter in training, but was surprised to see that although the waiter was very young that he had multiple stars on his apron. He was friendly enough-he took our drink and and food order and went on his way. A few minutes after he took our order, we still hadn’t gotten our drinks, and I watched him come in and out from the kitchen serving others guests. My daughter began to cry as she was hungry, and my wife became light headed from sitting in a restaurant able to eat for 20 minutes and not even getting her drink yet. At the 30 minute mark when we still hadn’t gotten our drinks yet, we walked out- which I have never done at any restaurant, ever. I asked the hostess to tell our waiter to cancel the order as we’ve been seated 30 minutes and still hadn’t gotten our drinks yet. No apologies from the hostess, only a blank look on her face. I put the toys we were going to buy back on the shelf and we left.I’m always very forgiving about restaurant service as I know it’s hard work and they get busy, but this service was inexcusable-it wasn’t even nearly as busy or short-staffed as I’ve seen CB before. I gave 2 stars instead of 1 just for all the good meals and service we’ve had there through the years. If I could give negative stars for the crew that was working last night I would.

Absolutely 5 star from the food to the service. We were seated promptly, our server was waiting to take our drink orders, we were given biscuits quickly, and our food came out shortly after. The food was hot, fresh, and very good. Our server was amazing. He checked on us often and even brought us refills before we asked. We'll see you again soon Cracker Barrel!
