This is a local joint with years of history. Daily plate specials are very good and reasonable. Fried mushrooms are wonderful too. Great burgers. It has a big bar right in the middle. Glad we found it 20 yrs ago. One of our go to places in OD.
Nice little local bar.Has that hometown bar feel.The bowl of crack - warm potato salad with toppins is surprisingly tasty.Rest of food was ok.Had some entertainment tonite. A pretty decent performer doing country songs.
Went for dinner the other night ordered a burger it was good tasting when you ate between the char marks. Mushrooms were canned and barely fried and although it said it came with tomato and onion had neither. To top it off burger and fries were luke warm. We told the waitress and waiter and both just walked away. No apology…nothing, very rude! Then we had to wait to even get our check even though we asked 3 different people for it. Not local but my family that is will never go back and are telling all their friends to avoid! Good luck at that rate this place will never last.
Fish platter was so bad we had to send it back, the fish fried to leather. Our food came out cold because it sat in the kitchen window for over 7 minutes.. yes I watched and timed it! New owner so beware! Previous owner the food was great. Served hot and flavorful! We had always come here for a great Cheeseburger. Not happening from this new owner...I don’t think we will be back.
Went there Friday late afternoon. Use to eat there when Brock had it and the food was good. Tried it under new management. Ordered fish special.Fish was not cooked enough and was raw in some places. Fries were very greasy and the coleslaw had way too much pepper on it.The sweet tea was good though and the waiter was ok. Would not go back. Too bad. Use to be a great place to eat.
Stopped in for brunch, it was great! Everything is homemade and it was obvious! Right down to Marty’s hot sauce! Great breakfast, lunch and dinner menu! Mike and Marty are running the place now! Stop by and see them!
Excellent food, best chicken and dumplings I've ever had in a restaurant. Great hours. Friendly waitstaff Mike and Marty. Awesome music 70s! We are local and recommended highly for homemade food, easy going atmosphere, cold beer and friendly atmosphere
Been going to Clubhouse since back when Rocky owned it. Food has always been great, whether it was daytime or late night. Best burgers & amazing onion rings. Fried mushrooms were awesome too. We decided to stop last night & I was so disappointed. Service was great, but the food was horrible. Our bill was $42 for 2 beers, a philly/o-rings, fried mushrooms. The philly was the size of a hot dog & got small amount of overcooked tiny mushrooms. Can't believe how the food quality has gone down. ☹️ I'm sure I'll be back for a cold beer but they can keep the menu. ?♀️

We used to visit The Clubhouse weekly for well above average bar food and a lively happy hour. The place is under new ownership (again!) and the quality of everything has gone down considerably. The menus you find online are old (but take a look at them just to see what USED to be). The food we ordered on our last visit can only be described as pitiful. We won't be back and I imagine other locals will be seeking better pastures as well.
