Recently I went to Chipotle and explained that I had a gluten allergy (Celiac Disease) and asked them to wash their hands, change their gloves, and use new utensils to prevent cross contamination. The guy did not have an issue with my request and began to wash and change his gloves. Another worker came over and said he would do it. The first guy told him that he needed to change his gloves because I had an allergy. He did without issue. The first guy then explained that I needed them to use new utensils. The second guy said “no I am not doing that”. I asked “You aren’t going to use new utensils since I have an allergy?” The guy then said “no, we aren’t required to do that so I am not doing it.” I then replied that I would not be eating then and myself and the three other people with me walked out of the store. I truly hope that this was a one time issue and will be resolved in the future…although my health and safety is too valuable for me to try it again.

Waited 47 minutes for my order that was supposed to be ready when I got there. When I suggested to the manager he turn off their doordash orders being there were several of us waiting on our orders he said only corporate could do it. He gave me the number to corporate. I called them and they were sorry for the wait, willing to refund my money and when I asked why they were still taking doordash orders if their staff couldn't handle it? They said it was up to the individual store to turn it off when they don't have the staff too handle online orders. Honestly working for doordash myself I know stores turn off online orders if they can't fill them and not just private restaurants. This is just poor management!

Overall the food was great ??the young lady that served my daughter and I was super patient and nice.(1stTimer).The food is a little pricey$.The reason this restaurant didn't get five stars because the male cashier didn't seem like he wanted to be there, he just told me my total & didn't count my money back to me. He was so careless that my coins fell on the counter, he didn't say a word about that either. My daughter went to the restrooms after we placed the order and she stated the restrooms were filthy and needed attention ..

Absolutely horrible service...Never have product ready.Four visits straight with no chicken available. Stood in line for 20 minutes while five employees just walk around aimlessly. $17.00 for a half filled bowl of food. Unbelievable

The line was out the door but I wanted Chipotle so no biggie. I stand in line 30 mins, it comes my turn & I say I need to bowls to go when she starts with the list of things they are out of. I said you should put a sign on the door & she says they are to busy to put up a sign. That is unacceptable! So on my way out I informed the line still out the door all the things they were out of & half the line left so hopefully that gave them time to put up a sign.

This location is 3.9 stars for a reason....2 hours before closing, they ran out of the cilantro lime white rice. They said they weren't going to make anymore, 2 hours before closing!!! Chicken wqs BLAND! Veggies were under cooked. Skimpy on the chicken.The 82nd ave location closed. Is this location next!? Very possible the way it's going. Won't be back.Employees looked like they didn't want to be there either.

Multiple orders have been messed up by this certain location which is understandable, but tonight I got a steak burrito that was literally inedible and after throwing up half of it forcing myself to eat it because of how hungry I was. I normally like my food seasoned but whoever was seasoning the steak on April 14th at 8pm needs to be fired or something, could’ve swallowed ocean water and it would’ve had less salt than what my burrito did. I love chipotle but I will never be returning to this location after this degree of disappointment, and too bad I left a 3 dollar tip in the jar before getting halfway home in NC because I would’ve definitely took my money back. Needs new cookers point blank.

If I could rate this place is 0 I would they sent me my food twice wrong food that I'm allergic to that wasn't even placed on my order through doordash try to call the restaurant to speak to a manager can't get through to them this place is run by a bunch of incompetent uncare and staff and I would never recommend this place to anybody that's visiting North Myrtle Beach nor that lives in North Myrtle Beach I hate this place I've ordered from Chipotle in Florida where I used to live it was great this place is the worst restaurant in North Myrtle hands down

Edit 1: I contacted customer service through their website on 12/23/2021, 2 different reps responded via email asking for my receipt, which I have now sent at least 5 pictures of, but I still have not received my refund and it is currently 1/10/2022. Pathetic customer service.Would give 0 stars if I could.....they didn't have any wraps to make burritos (they were also out of hot sauce and black beans)so we ordered bowls to go. As we were paying, another customer was complaining and receiving a new meal due to another issue. I pulled a long hair out of my mouth after I took my second bite. Upon looking further, there were multiple long hairs in my bowl. Contacted them through the website and still waiting for a refund.

This place is terrible, straight up rude workers. I eat out a lot and rarely leave a negative review unless you really earned it. They did today. Got a bowl and had guac and sour cream that the lady who was hurrying everyone through the line like they didn't matter, stuck to the top so when I went to add some salt and when I opened the bowl the guac and sour cream glopped onto the counter. So I go ask for a side just to replace it. To which I am told that I should be more careful opening the bowl and should pay attention. They would have to charge me. N. Never again chipotle. Don't wats Le your time here
