Went into the store at 8:30 and was told that they were not going to be making any more chicken for the night. The only chicken that was out was old. The guy was really nice but seriously? There wasn't even enough chicken left out to make an eight-piece tailgate and the drive-thru was full. For the prices that they charge for the chicken, this was very disappointing.
I went through the drive thru and placed my order. I asked for 4 honey mustards with my order. I got my food and saw my sauces weren’t there. I pulled around to the front and parked to go inside. I POLITELY asked for my sauces. They then all blankly stare at me then go get the sauce. As I’m walking out of the door, this lady, she said her name was Ashley but I doubt it’s her real name, but I can describe her well. She was working the night shift 05/29/2022 at the NMB location. She proceeded to try and make an “example” out of me and said that “anytime someone like that comes in here…..”. I opened up the door again and asked if she was talking about me. She laughed and then told me to have a nice day and proceeded to talk and laugh with all her coworkers, just leaning there. I come back in and ask for her name, she laughs again, says Ashley, then yells in a sarcastic tone, have a nice day. I would understand if I was rude at all, but I asked very politely and was met with her ugly attitude. Guess what’s on the inside shows out (:
First impression is everything. The cashier was sweet considering this was our first time. The food was alright same chicken sandwich as everywhere else. At least not all of the menu items was spicy.
The staff Forgot to put the biscuits with our order.. Our order was to go they asked how far we stayed then had us come back to get them and set it delivering them.
Good quick food and have to give a special praise to the gentleman wiping tables and picking up the restaurant he was beyond friendly and glad to see a business like Bojangles giving employment to individuals with special needs. Amazing all around
The lady was nice enough to refund my money but let’s be honest if you don’t want to work at bojangles just quit, it’s not that hard to prepare food from a freezer!
Have not had any problems here food has always been good and order done right
Hair in sons biscuit. Oil definitely needed changed.

This one was one of the best I've ever visited, food was very fresh cooked very good! Service was also very friendly.
