We had a great Christmas visit even though it was during the 2020 quarantine. The resort was probably only at about 10% occupancy which was great. We felt safe. Nearly everyone wore masks. We never shared an elevator and I've never been on a faster elevator in my life. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The condo could not have been better. We rented a one bedroom on the 10th floor. It was plenty big for the two of us and I think it would be spacious enough for an additional 2 or 3 kids. It was very clean and the decor was nice. The shower had excellent water pressure and the tub was a spacious whirlpool. The water was always hot. The kitchen was small, but had all the basic necessities. The resort has some units that are pet-friendly. The pools, hot tubs and lazy river looked fantastic. It was in the high 50's and several people used them since they were heated. The only negative we found was that the property has new owners and they did not honor our reservation on the penthouse level that we made 3 months earlier. The clerk told us we would have needed to reserve a specific unit, not just a floor for them to honor our request. She said that she could not change our floor since she already entered us in the computer to a unit on the 10th floor (rather than the 18th), even though we were still in the lobby. We discovered that some of the units are corporate owned and others are privately owned and managed by different rental companies, so we assume she put us in a corporate owned unit to help the new hotel owners rather than a private owner. Next time we will check things out better, but we were still happy with what we got and doubt the view would have been much different another 8 stories higher. We did not try the hotel restaurant, but had a drink at the bar and really liked it. We found Rapone's, a wonderful restaurant not too far away, that had delicious pasta dishes and wood-fired pizza, a small bar, nice atmosphere and friendly staff. We look forward to going there the next time we come. We will stay at the Bay Watch again. It was a very good value for the money. It was a perfect winter get-away and I'm betting a great place in the summer once COVID-19 is gone and social distancing isn't an issue.
We had a wonderful time, bag boy was amazingly helpful, front desk was friendly, and the view was spectacular! The mattresses could be a little better and more handicap parking, seeing that I travel with a disabled veteran. We could never get a handicap spot.
After our cruise was cancelled we decided to still go on vacation and decided to head back to NMB for a week. Needed a place that allowed dogs and Baywatch fit the bill. We chose unit 907. It's a one BR through Elliott Rentals. Checkin was super easy. Arrived at the condo to find out that there are minimal luggage carts for use. We decided to just lug out stuff upstairs on our own. Took a few trips cause we also had groceries and other odds and ends. The condo was clean, dated, but everything worked flawlessly. Loved the keyless entry. Elevators were fast. Awesome view from the balcony. The pools are awesome. Clean and all are heated. Hot tubs are a decent temp as well. They play music throughout the entire pool deck. Parking is plentiful in the garage but it is down by building three and across the street. Our condo was in building one. There is no parking out front except for handicap. There are about 10 hdcp spots and they always seemed full. For a fall get away, that allows dogs, we will definitely consider Baywatch again.
Last week, I tried and succeeded in making arrangements to get engaged. Many people attributed in one way or another. The young lady, Alicia from the Baywatch resort was very instrumental in helping me get things prepared. She went completely out of her way to allow my fiance and I to have a most TERRIFIC AND AWESOME weekend! All of the personnel @ this resort were TOP NOTCH!! I couldn't have asked for such a GREAT TIME! They were helpful, courteous and respectful. BAYWATCH RESORT, THANKS YO YOU AND YOUR OUTSTANDING STAFF!!!! I was looking for a place big enough for all of us to be together but not jammed together. This place was great for that. It was ten of us and I never felt like a sardine. It was very clean, the beds were super comfortable and the beach is right there. And if you get tired of sand, they have 6 pools to choose from.

Good food. Great service. The hostess/waitress Deborah looked out for us. More could be done for the ambience. We had dinner and breakfast there. Well worth the money. It's very convenient for the Baywatch vacationers.
