Usually we love Auntie Anne's but this location is one to skip. Pricing said $8.99 for combo of pretzel bites and lemonade and I was charged almost $14. She said the prices changed and they don't have a new sign. I should have walked away but my son had already started eating and drinking the stuff. I was not happy though. And I will definitely ask each time from now on if the sign is accurate.

We were there 7/37/21 around 9pm. The young woman working the counter was amazing. She was left alone by all her coworkers to do all the work. Serving all the customers alone while 3 others goofed off and flirted in the back. News flash ladies, you can do better than that young man you were flirting with. Save the energy for after work. Shay you looked too old for him anyway girl. Please give the young woman a raise for her efforts. I heard 3 other customers remark that the others should be helping her.
Good treats, courteous service
If your hours say open until 9pm, you shouldn’t be closed at 7p. Wasted my time driving over here.

Good but to expensive
I was there Sunday with my young child, my niece, and her 2 young children. The music was very loud and NOT for children. While in there for less than 10 minutes we heard the F word five times. This music should NOT be allowed.
