Zimo food truck is a great place to eat. I love the gryo. It is hands down the best gryo I have eat. Everyone should try this place.
Caught these guys at the Dave Matthews Band concert at the stadium - OMG. despite long lines, they took the time to make me a special chicken salad as I'm gluten free, (tzatziki dressing was delish!) and my friend loved his gyro. 5 Star service and quality.
The last Gyro I had, was all hyped up. Derek's gyro stand. in downtown summerville. I received a dried up lamb cutlets, and crappy potato salad. I really thought I was really scarred for life. Stood in line with Zimos.... fingers crossed.... hoping to get something better. O.M.G. I haven't had a gyro like this in years. The tzatziki sauce wasn't overwheming. It was absolutely delicious. My husband even said," It was good! It wasn't over coated with that white sauce." I will def. buy another if I see the truck again! Well done chef, well done!!

Just hired Zimos to provide a teacher lunch on Valentine’s Day. They were easy to deal with, reasonably priced, showed up on time and provided yummy falafel, gyro and other Mediterranean dishes. Happy bellies all around.
