Horrible! I waited 20 minutes in the drive thru lane, only to be told that they were not taking any more orders and it wasn't even closing time. I should have left but instead asked for a manager. He came over loud speaker and said there were staffing issues. I can't understand why they didn't turn off lights, place a sign or let folks know BEFORE waiting in line all that time!! Inconsiderate. Inconvenient. Rude! Manager allowed me to place my order only to get cold fries and hard boneless wings. Horrible. Waste of time.Dog food!!!!! Disgusting and uncalled for.
Place was immaculate as my daughter and I walked in we were greeted an order was taken promptly. food was nice and hot quite delicious. I love the Texas toast everything was on point very very enjoyable glad it's close to where we live we'll go again?
I’ve come to this location because of the convenience. The staff are not super friendly on the drive thru speaker or when you get to the window. I always tell people to “have a good day” every chance I get and Im nice when speaking and when I leave, I always tell them to have a nice day and nobody acknowledged me or said anything at all in return. It would just be nice that the people would ease up a little, smile more and just act like they care. If you’re miserable at work or whatever is going on, then you shouldn’t be working with the general public.
Ordered online, had to ask about my order, they couldn't be bothered to put it on the rack. Had to ask for my 2nd beverage, and specifically asked if the entire order was there was told yes and she immediately walked away. 1st time I've ordered with their app, obviously a bad idea
I visited the store on 02/21/2022...I had an issue with my order. Due to Covid customer service took a huge hit.. I spoke with Bernard, he went above and beyond... I wanted to show him that it was definitely recognized and appreciated.

Just returned home with my order, first the store had no wings, only Chicken fingers, ok give me one 4 piece chicken finger meal with ranch instead of Zaxby sauce and one six piece meal,one Diet Coke one regular coke. Not happening. Got two four piece but paid for a six piece, no ranch and no soda, got tea. This is the third time University store has got it wrong. We live close so don’t want to go all the way down rivers to the other store, but we will from now on. Maybe they have a more capable staff.
I could not get a jug of tea those chocolate chip cookies were terrible jeezs we ask for bbq sauce instead ranch ?
Awesome location as well as awesome people and food!! Always my number one go to location!
