food was gross. i went there and my spicy wings were dry and barely had sauce on it, there was blood in my chicken, and the fries were undercooked and unseasoned.. never again
We decided to come to zaxbys due to it always being a fast and yummy lunch. We came inside, and watched the employees touch food without gloves and the environment of the kitchen was absolutely disgusting. Not to mention the employees were absolutely rude and a disorganized mess. The incompetent cashier thought it was funny she was messing up everyone's order. We got a refund, and will not be returning to this location.
I had the misfortune of trying to go here this afternoon for a quick bite. Should be simple right? Wrong. These are likely the same people writing #fightfor15 on everything when they aren’t even worth minimum wage. Honestly the owners would do better to invest in automation and be done with these horrible entitled and lazy employees. Time is ticking for this crowd, machines will take your jobs soon!
Long line at drive thru, went inside to order takeout, three people standing behind counter not doing anything , not one of them would look up at me or offer to take my order, I was the only person in the dining room.
Service was very bad, cashier at drive thru did not know the menu said they didn't have tea out of ranch dipping sauce waited 20 min for ?and they were rude even the girl who brought food to car was rude. Like I was putting her out of her way. Never will I go back to that Zaxby's. Dorchester and Ashley Phosphate!!!!!

Whoever ran the drive thru was clearly not having a good day. Miserable service and attitude. Some of the food was burnt and not the normal Zaxbys experience experience. I understand they may be understaffed but we were the only customers on the property at the time and I see why now.
Review is currently base on food pick up. I ordered food ahead of time for quick pick up but no curb delivery or can’t even go inside to pick it up or at least knock on the door and have someone bring it. The line stops moving around 8 ish they might serve 2 ppl after 830... I'm convinced they enjoy it happened last week and last night.... I was literally next for 20 min & watched them argue with the lady in front of me @ 9:01 about how they closed at 9!! If you don't want to work you should quit so others can!! Very unprofessional!! 0 stars!! Save your time & your gas!!!
