After waiting in line for over literally an hour just to get to the speaker and it says it’s broken pull up to the window. So I pull up to the window after another 30 min of waiting and they are “out” of over half of the food I had on my order. Like why not just come out and tell us 10 cars in the drive thru your out of certain stuff
Let’s see the dinning room is closed and guess what the speaker to order is broken so guess what it’s going to take about 3x as long to get your food cause you have to order it when you pay lol
I love the great customer service from the man that took my order. The cooks were pleasant and prepared the meals accordingly. I enjoyed my dine-in experience. The food was fresh and tasty and it was worth the wait. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
Food was good but the prices keep going up but the portion keep shrinking wings and things used to be able to feed 2 ppl now your lucky if it feeds 1
Poor service experience with duragatory racial slurs being thrown around in the back. Waited at the counter for 5 minutes and was ignored before I walked out. They were not busy.
3rd time i order to go and diet coke is flat, this last time i decide to call to let them know and the manger told me they knew about the diet coke machine was bad...what really? Food is good but come on eating with out a drink, not a happy customer.
Was told to park after going through drive thru so they could bring my food out well I had to call the restaurant to remind them I'm in the parking lot waiting for my food I already paid for
Here I am, in line stuck for 20 minutes so far.. no way out because it a one way drive threw but at least I got Nelly Ei to keep me bobbin 90s music was superior
Placed an order online for pickup and paid online. When I arrived I was told that the dining room was closed and that I order to get the order I placed in advance and had already paid for, that I would have to go sit in the drive through line on a Saturday night to get my order……TOTALLY DEFEATING THE PURPOSE OF PLACING AND ORDER ONLINE FOR PICKUP. Will not return.
The staff at this location is always so friendly...even during the lunch time rush when I know they receive nothing but grief.
