I ordered a six piece tender plate and it was DeLiCiOuS!! The fries were seasoned to perfection and bread was perfect! I also got the spicy mushrooms which were spot on TaStY! I had to wait a short while for the order because the mushrooms needed to be fresh made, which wasn't a problem! Everyone was quite courteous, including the employee bringing my bag to the car at the waiting area.
The cashier shorted me $1. I brought it to her attention and she seemed unpleasant to give me my money back. If I was $1 short, she wouldn't let me get the food. Why should I give up my money?Also, this lady brought her dog into the restaurant. I'm not sure if the ate in or not but this is unacceptable. They need a "service animals only" sign.
They were busy but still friendly and working hard. Great food.
I would have been better off to jump behind the counter & order myself. Employees were more interested in talking to their co-workers than taking my order. It was my choice to patronage Zaxbys & I won't be back! Also, my wife ordered a sandwich without the sauce & didn't get the bacon & cheese instead. My kindergarten grandson could have done better. Didn't know you can get paid to socialize at the customers expense!
Took too long we had ordered before four people and they got there food first the chicken was over cooked and they didn’t give me all my tenders the staff was loud and obnoxious, no customer service at all
I thought this was going to be a treat for me. I have a food allergy to potatoes. I ordered extra bread instead French fries. There was no extra bread. I will wait another year before I try them again.
I love going to Zaxby's for a bag of their ice. Best $2.21 I ever spent!
The food is always great, but this Centre Pointe location gives HALF of the portion sizes as any other Zaxbys that I have ever been to & I travel for a living.
My jobs has me at many places nd have been dying to see what zaxbys is all about. I have been told so much. So when I got off tonight I tried ordering unfortunately I was unsuccessful with ordering on line. So I called the store with 15 mins before closing, the young lady answered the phone and just kept repeating where about to close as she took orders through drive thru. Ok that wouldn't have been a problem had the inside was close due to lack of employees. Then she handed the phone to the manager Fitzgerald who of course did what the young lady should have assisted me with how to get some food. He asked me to come to the drive window since I had been standing outside about twenty minutes trying to order between online and on the phone and place my order the young lady who was heard in the background asking him really why noticed me standing waiting for her to finish with her drive thru order walked away for another 2 mins when she returned she rudely asked what did I want I asked for the blue cheese salad she said what I repeated it she yelled what a second time so I pulled my phone out to show the order I failed to make for the online pickup due to automatic cut off system she then walked away rudely the manager then returned and everything was awesome from there but I had to observe one of the rudest and nastiest attitudes I have ever encountered and not only me but with other drive thru patrons I really wish I had gotten her name because I swear if I had to deal with her I wouldn't eat from there again ? #1stimpressions
Great taste for fast food, definitely not the healthy option if that is what your are looking for but very delicious!
