Ice cream great but service is terrible. I went and we asked for a banana split and 2 small cup ice creams. The girl who attended us took 30 minutes!!! She looked at us and said someone will be with you shortly. 2 minutes later she came back and said what would you like. I told her what I wanted but she didn’t seem Interested. She turned around and started to talk to another coworker in the kitchen. She didn’t tell me they didn’t have anymore bananas and started to make it either way. She scooped my ice cream into the tray and then walked away and started to make another man’s ice cream cone. She then told the boy in the kitchen to make my ice cream. He looked confused because there were no bananas. So when she saw this, she came back and started to make it again. You can tell she is only here for the pay check. I don’t think I will be coming back to THIS ice cream shop.
Overpriced, mediocre ice cream. The girl who was scooping our ice cream was a little odd with her comments and complained that we didn't give her a big enough tip. She was very social but was kind of odd. You're not missing anything if you don't go here for the ice cream. I'd say get a tub from the grocery store instead. Not worth the money and won't be back.
We were floored at the size of the ice cream cones here. We ordered 2 Medium waffle cones. As soon as I saw the size of my husbands medium cone I told her to make mine small. I had something called a cow joint that had brownies in it. It was good but nothing spectacular. My husband on the other hand had one that tasted like you were eating an Almond Joy candy bar. Almonds, coconut, chocolate chunks .. absolutely delicious! This was a nice clean restaurant in a small strip mall. Handicap friendly. booths and tables. They also served all kinds of ice cream and sandwiches. At counter service as well as drive thru. Friendly helpful staff.
The Dirty Bird sandwich is INSANE! It is the perfect ratio of each of its components and is massive. Come hungry! The ice cream is always great. All flavors!
I will say, the food was amazing… when we finally got it. Took 30 minutes for a burger and a salad with a couple orders of fries. Should have also been a chili dog, but they walked up with an extra order of fries instead. “Yeah we’re out, I thought you said fries were fine?” We ended up getting another burger instead which came out pretty quickly.I really want to give them another chance, being a small business with some tasty food, but they really didn’t leave us with a good first impression. The other locations have been amazing service-wise but this was definitely lacking.
A great place to get anything from a huge scoop of ice cream or chili cheese fries! Love the old timing ice cream parlor feel.
I was greatly disappointed. My mint chocolate chip ice cream tasted like they poured a full bottle of mint extract in it. Not at all enjoyable ended up trashing it.Also for the price $$$ you are better off getting blue bell from your grocery store.
BLT sandwich was delicious. French fries were very good. Very generous servings. Only negative was my order got lost and I had to ask where mine because the customer after me got their order before me. After letting them know about me not getting my order, they immediately got it ready and served it within a few minutes. They were very accommodating in handling that delay. I would recommend them for a good sandwich at an affordable price. Friendly staff as well!
I was very disappointed in the wait time. It was over 15 min before someone came to the window. They was more worried about cleaning up to go home then serving. My wife was hot. It makes no sense to wait that amount of time before someone came to the window. And the young lady said oh I thought someone already took care of you. But you saw when I pulled up and I told you I called in the order. They clearly need chick fi la training.
Food has always been good but I hate that when I make an online delivery order my order never comes correct. My club comes with no bacon for some reason and tonight my dessert didn't even get put in the bag.
