Thank you Google for inviting me to do this review. One star is for customer Service. Bad attitudes from some of the workers, the vibe that you get when you come in. It's not a welcoming feeling. You can be busy , but acknowledge the customers with, "Hi, someone will be with you shortly." Most of the times, out of something that I really wanted with my meal. I usually order online and won't know that they are out unless I check my bag or they're working on meal while I'm waiting. Some employees will get mad when you want your money back because they don't have the item(s) you ordered! Also, the system online should state when they're out of a product. When this restaurant was on Dorchester Road it was doing well and these issues wasn't happening.

All staff did a great job, 3/19/22. It was so good yesterday, I may have to go back today. Them lemon pepper wings was crispy and just right... I ate all before I left the parking lot(not even 20 minutes)..

Do not waste your time ordering her for the super bowl or if you do make sure you order hours in advance. This location will accept more orders than they can realistically make on time and then have you wait an hour+ for your order past your scheduled pick up time.On top of that the kitchen staff does not appear to be following food safety standards (ie hair nets, beard guards, gloves, masks, or proper footwear, etc).I will not be ordering from here again for any reason, let alone for the big game night or any game night.

Zero stars. Warning! Yes all these low ratings are legitimate. Wish I paid attention to them! I have a strong feeling this place will be shutting down soon. The floors are filthy. The team members are unprofessional and rude. They looked like Three rejects of society one with a needle in her face who was constantly cursing and sharing her personal life stories with the other two while wearing flip flops and socks on a greasy kitchen floor. Another with cigarette burns on his face who looked lost and confused. The last one was prancing around and laughing loudly saying the food was ready but didn’t come till 40 mins after ordering. The food was not worth the wait. I ordered online and once I walked in I regretted it instantly but I had already paid online.

Trash. The worst experience I’ve ever had with them. My $40 order was wholly disappointing. The wings that had wet flavors like original hot & bbq were very dry af. I ordered online sweet tea and carrots only. Get to the store for pickup and she tells me they don’t have tea. I let it go get another drink option with no problem. Only to get home and have pretty much all celery with two carrots! Seriously! My disabled husband could not eat celeries that’s why the order was carrots ONLY. Didn’t have time or energy to go back. But I hope this review saves others the headache and money. They have gone done in quality & service tremendously…probably largely due to the pandemic. Everything has taken a major hit. Smh

I love wingstop. The whole kitchen staff did a fantastic job. The is always food is always fresh. I always get lemon pepper wings with fries and cajun corn washed down with some good ole sweet tea. I love Wingstop. The atmosphere is relaxing and fun. The tv is a great touch. The prices are great.

Not clean. Poor lighting and trash left on the tables and floor. Looks like the employees don't clean up and customers don't respect the space because the employees don't clean up.I went to use the bathroom as I waited for my food and the bathroom was disgusting ?Toilet didn't flush. I reported it to an employee and they said it wasn't broken, just had to be turned a certain way. That means its broken! No soap in there either. Sanitizer was at the register counter, thank God!Good thing you can see them preparing the food, but I wont be going back to this location on Rivers Ave. As the only Wing Stop in the area, the place should be alot cleaner for customers. The ambiance is definately not welcoming of a dine in experience.I will gladly travel the distance to another location.

Let’s get into it.First of all, this establishment is filthy. No sense of cleaning present whatsoever.Second, the staff? Rude beyond words. I literally heard the cashier say “Oh my God why are they still calling”. Also, I WATCHED an employee grab chicken, go to her car, EAT THE CHICKEN AND LICK HER FINGERS, just to come back as if everything was normal.Last, the wait times. How did a 20 min wait time, turn into a 30 min wait time, turn into a 40 min wait time going on to a hour?Definitely contacting this cities health inspector .

Traditional Louisiana rub wings and lemon pepper thighs combo was great. I'm not a big fan of their fries.Ordered on the app and food was hot and ready at promised time.

Horrible experience every time. Tonight is the last straw for me. I order food for me and my kids, waited an hour and a half for food that was never delivered. Called wingstop and they said they had nothing to do with it once it was picked up. Called doordash and they said they couldn't do anything for me. Tried calling the store again and now they won't answer the phone, have called at least 20 times. So now not only do my kids have no dinner but now I am out my money as well! Not the first time I have had issues with them and they don't seem to even care. Would not recommend them. If I could give less than 1 star I would!!
