Just sat in line for maybe 15 mins for a girl in the back to tell everyone “wE’rE cLoSeD” with no explanation why they were ?They’re open till 2am..Doors of the restaurant were locked, no signs at all saying they’re “closed” and I’ was trying to pick up an order from Über eats.Might be a SMART thing to put a sign up saying you’re closed on the doors as well as a cone in the drive thru to let people know you’re closed instead of letting people sit there for the longest time finding out 10+ mins later ?♂️ duh?This location is sketchy anyway
My daughter and I play a game as we guess what they're out of each visit. They're ALWAYS out of items! Fries! Chicken! Tonight: No kids meals or 4 for 4s! Other Wendy's never have this problem to this extreme- so you can't just write it off as the pandemic. TERRIBLE MANAGEMENT. Oh, and this has been going on for AT LEAST a year. What a joke.
Attempted to pick up a mobile order through the drive through on the morning of April 30th. After waiting in the drive through line for over twenty minutes and never even being able to tell someone that we were there to pick up an order, I cancelled it and we left. We never got an apology or an explanation as to why. If you tell me that there's something going on, then fine, I'll wait. But it's totally unacceptable to be sitting at the speaker for ten minutes and never get talked to.
I placed an order through Door Dash for Wendy's last night while working. I ordered a salad, Jr bacon cheeseburger, 2 oatmeal bars & a lg sweet tea. I didn't get my sweet tea. So I left work even though I had my food delivered so I could buy a drink. My burger was fine. Instead of getting 2 oatmeal bars I got 2 greasy sugar cookies. I even selected "contact me" for everything so that they wouldn't replace anything with what they would consider comparable items?! Those went in the garbage. When I went to eat my salad I had no silverware....? So that too went in the trash before I left work this morning. I paid $20 + dollars basically for a Jr bacon cheeseburger?! Thanks Wendy's! This is nothing new for this restaurant though. They never seem to be that interested in working when I go there... which is usually at night when I'm working.
phone doesn't work you cannot call them you call and it disconnects immediately. they over charged well charged 10 times my husband bc they kept running the card. can't reach them to get my money
My experience was simply magnificent. I had a great time with the crew. The food was fresh and simply wonderful. Although drive-thru was a long wait, I was glad I was able to go in to order the food. It was worth the wait because everything was fresh and made correctly. I really had a great time with the crew while I was waiting on the food. The place was very clean and well organized. Thanks to everyone for a great time and your hard work.
My pregnant fiancé worked 10 hours today, she was exhausted and all she wanted was a son of a baconator. She received a Dave’s double and it made her cry. Way to go.
The 4 for 4 deal was great. I also had a small Frosty. Very delicious. The staff was very friendly. The restaurant was very neat. I would recommend this place very highly.
I'm sorry my experience here was a disappointment. I ordered chicken sandwich combo. The chicken was old seems like it was sitting with quite sometime fries were cold. The strawberry lemonade was good though
Manager went out of her way to accommodate my needs. Kudos and she did it with a genuine smile and purpose,!!
