For the most part I can't stand the attitude of walking into a fast food restaurant ever. And here recently since the pandemic has been setting in or whatever it's doing according to your views, fast food restaurants have dropped the ball. Since they cannot open the dining room or will not open the dining room because of lack of staff or whatever else, they fail and drive-through as well. I can't see how they can be any busy or in a drive-through then they could be with 3 lines open at the register 10 people deep all day long
Lady at drive thru wouldn't let us finish our order and we had to hungry kids in the car and it was around 4:30 -5:00 other than that issue the kids injoyed there order
The girl working the drive-thru expedited the wrong food order to me. She insisted I take it I told her it was not what I ordered she got mad and literally threw my change in my hand and half of it fell in the Drive-Thru on the groundNick the manager was zero help at all.
Long drive through lines almost every time I drive by there. I think they are really needing people to apply and work their. Food is great and service was good even though it was q long line.
Lil slow but was under staffed theyvgot orders 100% right and we had 7bkids and 4 adult orders so great job rather my food be right n take more time then fast and wrong. All in all great job staff of today.
I asked for no onions on my sandwich and apparently onions doesn't come on a baconator sandwich but they managed to put onions on it with no bacon. I called the manager and she placed me on hold so long I had no choice but to hang up. Horrible experience. I couldn't even go back to the restaurant because it's storming outside. I'm highly disappointed in this restaurant!

I needed help with an offer on my app, and none of the employees, including the manager, knew how it worked.That would be okay if I got any sort of apology for that, but all I got was a lot of eye rolling and a few disgusted looks. Hopefully the food will be better than the attitudes.
Long line. Inside was closed I was in line for 34 minutes. An didn't get the condiments I asked for three times . Frustrating you wait patiently an wasn't rude to the slow turtle MOVING employees. But after waiting an watching half the staff thru the glass playing on the phones hanging out joking enjoying themselves while we all wait an then to not have the condiments that actually make the order complete is irritating. An not to mention that they are getting paid extremely well now. Taking advantage of this is totally uncalled for
I'll start by saying everyone is always in a sour mood at this location but the food is normally good. The reason for 1 star is today I arrived at the drive thru @10:27 and was denied service. She told me to come back at 10:30! Lol I went to Arbys. ✌
