My family and I stopped here to eat and there were only two men working; they were diligent and welcoming. They made sure we got everything we needed and executed it thoroughly. These gentlemen deserve a pay raise and recognition from their superiors. Santiago and Anthony are awesome and great young men. Thank you for the good food and welcoming atmosphere.
As a visitor from PNW I completely fell in love with Waffle House. Friendly staff and delicious waffles. I have one more reason to relocate to SC now.
We had the absolutely best experience at Waffle House. We came in at 6am on NYE and was greeted by the happiest, most genuine woman I've ever met in my life. I sincerely regret not being able to remember her name. She knew everyone, sang to all of the songs, was kind and sweet to her coworkers. She is a gift to her community and Waffle House.
The service and food here are amazing! But one has to go before the sun comes up to catch the good servers and excellent cooks. If one tries to go after that, the experience varies. This particular location won't greet you or acknowledge your presence. A couple of times they decided to serve customers that walk in after me. The excuse you will hear is understaffed, but they have had the same crew working nights before, during, and after this pandemic who don't complain about the work load. I would avoid dining here while there is light outside.
After the day we had customer service was amazing! Even the guy on the line was awesome to us. Food was just what we expected!
Our waitress Ki was amazing and Allison was also super sweet. Food was amazing. We only had one problem and that was Alieca. She was downgrading the other girls. We also saw her pick at some sores on her face then grab silverware without washing her hands. Definitely about lost my breakfast after that.Tonight 12-31-21The cooks and servers tonight about 10:00 pm were amazing. I'll skip the morning shift and only go at night. They are full of life and amazing

I realize that by going to Waffle House my expectations are not much…even though we love their food. However I do expect people working there to be courteous. This morning was a complete disappointment. We went in and they had 3 tables closed my guess due to staffing. Told the woman working we had 3 waiting for a table. She told us that we could sit at the bar which I didn’t want to do and was fine waiting for a table. After a few minutes she then became rude about us sitting at the bar even though I told her the 8 year old with us wouldn’t even be able to reach. She just kept insisting we sit at the bar anyway. Eventually told her I didn’t want to sit at the bar. I have never been so rudely spoken to as I was in there this morning by the girl in the camo Waffle House hat. We left before getting a table. Wish I could leave zero stars but it won’t let you
Yoda 12-18-21 @ 11:45 we stopped in there to get a bite to eat. There were 3 tables empty but plates were still on them. The empty stools at the counter all had dirty plates. There were 2 cooks and 4 servers. They were not busy, but made no effort to greet us. They didn't even acknowledge we were there. After 10 minutes and no effort to clean the empty tables, we left. Management needs to get a grip on this.
I've been here several times and the staff is always friendly and kind my orders have been awesome and I really love this location would highly recommend it!
