Imagine trying to enjoy your waffle from waffle house and you slice your tongue on eggshells cooked INTO the waffle. I'm so disgusted and disappointed. And I couldn't even call the restaurant to make a complaint because the phones doesn't allow us to speak to an employee.

I didn't want to try to stop at this waffle House this morning because out of all the waffle House in the Charleston area, this one is probably my least favorite. I don't usually have good experiences here. Unfortunately it was my only option this morning for food.I walk in to an empty restaurant at 4:00 a.m. only to be told that they were only going to take the order of another employee that was standing at the counter and then they would only be taking online orders.As someone who's worked in restaurants is entire life, I still cannot understand a situation where you have a paying customer in your establishment and you would turn them away when you have no business happening.

Arrived at 0530 and they weren't taking customers. So much for 24 hours. Early start on base with no breakfast.

Got home & half my order was missing, the had to go back cos you can't call them on the phone. The order I did get was wrong. First & LAST time I will go them. went back a second time to get things & they still left items off of order & naturally everything was cold when I got back home. Sorry situation.

I have always eaten at this Waffle House and always had great service. Last night walked in at 9:15pm and was told that they had closed dine in at 9pm and could only do take out. We left and went somewhere else to eat. Sad cause i always went there after meetings at the Shrine club and was always great service.

Reese is an incredible server, made our meal most enjoyable. Lou, the cook, needs an attitude adjustment.

We walked in and sat ourselves as they were busy and didn’t greet us. We sat down for 10 minutes before someone came to take our order. We had no menus and had to ask for them. The waitress walked away and took another 15 min to come take our drinks and food orders. We ordered and waiting and it got progressively busier. A group of men came and set at the bar top and got served their drinks before us. When she brought our drinks, one of the cups was visibly dirty. once Our waitress brought our food she realized that she forgot the extras on one of our hash browns so she had bring it back to the cook to be fixed. We ate and one of us realized there was a beard hair in our food. The waitress came to check on us and told us that she was the only server on the clock, but there was clearly a full staff, so I’m not sure why she was the only server. We told her we were ready to pay and she asked us to hold on a second so that she could go help other tables, which is fine. We had to remind her that we wanted to pay and she took our card and walked around with it for 10 minutes. Sunday always has church rush so if she was the really the only server on the clock, it was extremely overwhelming. Not happy with the service

What i ordered compared to what i got. Im already back at work and cant leave again to get it fixed. I cant even eat it due to the onions. Wouldnt even give them 1 star, but had to do a review, add bacon no onions :(

Hashbrowns could have been cooked alittle more. Perhaps I should use downtime for cleaning

Didn't get what i ordered when i waited longer than what i was told. No condiments or silverware.
