My mom, my 2 kids and I went here for breakfast yesterday (4/3) and they were packed. (Kinda expected on a Sun).we saw a dirty table and gladly sat at it to hold our spot. The waitress was very busy to clean the table..but we told her to give us a cloth and we'll clean the table so she doesn't have to, especially with a rush. After things died down, she came got our drinks and orders and with minutes our food came. I don't think I've ever gotten fast service at any waffle house. We all had waffles and there was only 1 waffle that wasn't hard. We didn't get any refills and our waitress didn't come to our table until after we were done. Other than that, it was okay.
I go here pretty often since I live closest to it but I'm considering taking the extra step to go to literally ANY OTHER WAFFLE HOUSE BUT HERE. Countless times I've gone here, there's been an issue. Once, the man who takes all the orders (didn't get his name but he's the only one with lots of facial hair and doesn't cook) forgot our order while we were dining in and we waited 30-40 minutes. I'm not sure if he's a manager but he seems like the supervisor of all the employees so he probably is. He seems to always be there during night shift and is always rude. Last night, my boyfriend ordered the food and paid beforehand, even tipped as well. And after a full HOUR, we noticed people that ordered AFTER us were getting their food. So we asked the man nicely and he scrambled around then straight up said he forgot to call it out so we waited a full hour and a half for just 2 things. This one man is always the one that messes up our food, honestly go to ANY WAFFLE HOUSE EXCEPT THIS ONE.
They don't do grits at night and the black guy at night is always mean to all of them customers I never will eat there again

Our food was delicious. The cook was fantastic!! Definitely will return.
Food was cooked perfectly. But we had to go back bc our burger toppings didn't get put in our to go bag, even though we paid for them. Overall decent though.

It took too long to get my food,. I waited 45 minutes at 5:00 a.m. with three people in front of me. The waitress was good the cook needed help. Completely failed to meet any expectations.
