3-25-22 5:30 am. Waitress waited on customer after me, cook had to ask her if she got my order ordered the Allstar, coffee and water w/ no ice. Told waitress i didnt want waffle yet. (Didnt want it getting cold and soggy while i ate the main meal, water came with ice, no biggie but i did ask for no ice, next she brings the waffle and sets it in front of me, im like i told you i didnt want it yet. ( ohh, i thought u said u wanted it now. Her response) she did offer to make another one but i was already ready to leave and just gave up. My main meal was good. Thanks goes to the cook. Then after i said something about paying 2 for one cup of coffee, Another employee heard me and got me sum more coffee. If my waitress drunk boyfriend wasnt there maybe she could have concentrated on her customer. Was her only customer, decided just to abandon the cold waffle. Who wants a soggy cold waffle? Then i had decided to leave a tip bc the other employees were trying to do a good job, but my waitress boyfriend kept swearing and behind me in my ear. I wont be back.
Best staff ever!! They were very accommodating and the customer service was amazing!! The cook made me fresh coffee also. The food was cooked perfectly and the servers were very fast and personable.
We waited 24 minutes for a table. They weren't busy and there were empty tables waiting to be cleaned. They were not short staffed, 6 to be exact. If they had actually been doing something besides standing around talking people would not have had to wait. The people who came in 10 minutes after us waited 10 minutes and left. Probably not going back any time soon!
Amanda and andy are the best. If I could work there I would only work with them and if I ever go eat there again it will be on their shift. They made my night very nice. Couldn't have made it through the night without them. Well if you two see this thank you so much you are the best, best wishes to both of you, Steve
ABSOLUTELY THE VERY BEST SERVICE I EVER HAD!! I visited here 2:30 am Wednesday morning. Jada and Camby were very pleasant and professional. I've never had such good service before and I really appreciate them. I will be back to see them. I am leaving this review so that the company knows that the have 2 amazing employees.
My grandson & I had a brunch date. He got a waffle and I get my usual, the Texas toast bacon egg and cheese with hashbrowns. Always consistent always delicious.
We were treated very nicely by our cook/server Cam. We will certainly have to visit this location more often.
Enjoyed our meal and the staff was very pleasant considering they had to work Christmas Eve!
Ordered online!!! It asked if I wanted utensils included I said yes!!! Picked up order and NO UTENSILS! Why ask if not was going to include it. Watch it for the eggs I just chewed up egg shells??
This Waffle House location on Dorchester Road in North Charleston is a reliable Waffle House that is available for you at all times for a good meal. The location is very convenient from all directions and it is easy to get in and out quickly if you are on the move. The staff here is very friendly and accommodating.
