It was okay the overall experience I mean even though they're cook wasn't the original cook that belongs to the store they had another cook from another store come to cook that night and she really didn't know how to make certain items on the menu which I found to be quite odd and strange. One customer had to actually show and tell her how to make their eggs over medium. And they really didn't have most of the items that they offered on the menu. And on top of that I ordered a chocolate chip waffle and I didn't even get that after waiting for at least 25 minutes that sucked :-(.
My server was pretty good, my food was ok, I hate when I say I want my eggs scramble hard, and then I can see yellow gel like stuff. The worst was the employees as a whole, apparently they had an issue that happened and so even employees that were not working was there, loud and going on and on about having to be there. I feel even if you're not working but talking loud enough that the customer knows you work at the business, then you ought to conduct yourself as if you are at work, all the cussing and ghetto talk was not Necessary, but you know when people want an audience so they talk loud, that's what was happening. Really spoiled my breakfast

Jennifer was very rude. She needs additional training on how to talk to guests. Her attitude was demanding and disrespectful. I've never been treated so poorly at any waffle house. I actually left before ordering because of her nastiness. Good luck with her.
The good here was nice and hot. The staff was friendly. Overall, great experience.
Dirty and nasty. All the tables were dirty that we had to ask for a table to be wiped off. Service was sooo bad. There was a waiter sleeping and the rest were talking/gossiping while 3 tables of patrons waited. When we finally got to order, after 10 minutes I was told that they were out of biscuits and sausage gravy. I changed my order and waited another 10 minutes and it came out wrong. My friend ordered and received their food and the hash browns were burnt on the bottom PLUS she didn't get her bacon. Another tree 10 minute wait and finally received limp bacon. Our food arrived at different time because of all the screwups that we didn't even get to eat together. After a few bites, we were ready to leave. I'm talking 2 or 3 bites. The only good thing is that when we went to pay, the manager came and told us not to worry about it because they messed up and we didn't really eat anything. They need to be get it together.
I ate there on Friday January 14, they were serving a customer with a very foul mouth. Nobody said anything to him so I left. I will never return to this location.
At 7am only 2 employees. I had to ask mngr Angie to clean my table. She said she didnt have her glasses to see. Yet she cooked my food. Frightful! Ppl were turned away with just myself and one other being seated. They were loud and arguing about who was working hardest. They would not say good morning as customers walked in and then turned away because only Angie and one other were working. I wont be back. DISAPPOINTED didn't even get my coffee refilled. ? SAD
One of the few Waffle Houses along my route to work that I would frequent but not anymore at least for a while. They wait to inform me after they've provided me my food to go that they did not have any utensils so I guess I'm supposed to eat my breakfast with my hand or make the additional stops just to eat breakfast I wish I knew that before I would have went to a different Waffle House which that's how I ended up there because the other one they picked an opportune time or inopportune time to close their grill for cleaning.
Food was great!! It took little long to come after orderthe food considering it wasn't crowded. Would have given 5 stars for faster service. Will go a!
