Worst Waffle House. I just left , my grits taste like soap , I asked for cheese in it , and they fell short to put it in there , per my request . I asked for a ham, egg and cheese melt , and they didn’t put the eggs in it . I asked for my steak to be seasoned , and it’s not . It’s dry and was only slightly heated . I will not be back.
Serving staff was amazing but whoever the morning grill op is at this location is is trash. Literally got into an argument with me because I asked for fresh bacon for my sandwiches from the cooler instead of what she had plated that had been sitting there for God knows how long. Proceeded to ask me if I wanted a job and if not to not tell her how to do her job. As a former employee of the company that would not only cook circles around this woman, I would also treat the patrons with a lot more respect. All I wanted was a sandwich, but I guess this company is cool with publicly embarrassing their customers as well as allowing their management to handle said situations in this manner. Do better waffle house.
Didn't get to order. A very large black woman with round glasses told me they were doing a shift change at 9:00PM. Was turned away, not exactly good for business if you're turning away your potential tips. Can't imagine milking the hourly wage is worthwhile either. To each their own.
I love having breakfast in this place, the food is delicious and the staff are very friendly.

Worst customer service ever. They have their online ordering turned off but telling people to order online. All I wanted was some hashbrowns with cheese. The whole staff that worked new years day at 2am need to be fired for turning off the online ordering. It's 4am new years day and it's still saying from 12am to 3am online ordering noy available. I guest I'll give ihop my money since waffle house dont wanna make none.
Ordered 3 hamburger and hash brown platters to go each was burned. The burger, bun and hash browns was totally burned.
we had a great time, the food and staff were great.
Lovely ladies helped me and I had the best meal I've had in a while. Full of smiles and kind caring comments on my wrist brace(which makes me self conscious but they made me feel good about it bc I decorated it) good experience all around
I don't know if they were haven a bad night but this is not cool. I worked all night and I wanted a hot meal. I asked for has brown and this is what I get. Wow. Iam going to need them to do better. I don't want to have to go some place else cause this one is near my home
