Brought my family here for lunch today at 2 pm. Now please understand , I love this chain in Florida and eat there several times a week. Today they first made a smoothie so cold and thick I had to ask them to blend it more It gave me brain freeze. I took it in the car and drank it a half hour later. Then my usual turkey sandwich was served with one slice of their delicious toasted whole grain bread and a second slice was a tiny heel piece toasted until burned. I asked for a new top slice of toast. Ten minutes later I got a turkey on a ciabatta roll. Never mind returning that one. Finally , the two sad bananas offered as a side dish were overripe and the only chips visible were jalepeno flavored. I won’t mention issues with the bill... Let’s just say I won’t be coming back here soon
This is by far my favorite place! I love that I can get a good healthy smoothie and a bite to eat here. The staff has always been super nice and helpful. Super easy to order on the app and pick it up,plus you get points each time you order from the app. ;)
