I actually went past the Dorchester location to go to Rivers ?The obviously do not have cameras with the music they were playing. Smoking right in the front doorway.I Get home and 1 single piece of chicken in my Baja wrap.I will drive to My Pleasant from now on. Glad I didnt have others from the company with me.To the owners - Monitor your location.
We came in for the first time and ordered a smoky grilled cheese and a chicken thai wrap. Both were made very quickly and were very good. The quality of the food was great and the employees were extremely nice. Would come again!!!
They are great if you are picking up. However, don’t order from them on Door Dash or Uber Eats. I have stupidly done so three times, and all three times they made the wrong salad or sandwich. Every time.
Well for starters we ask for a specific drink every time we come in and every time at any other location it is made no issues. Today the little girl with pink in her hair was more occupied talking through her Apple ear buds to who ever was on her cell phone to even bother ask any of the 5 other people working or even the manager that came up to the register at one point what is typically used. Not only is it rude it’s a bad look to allow your employees to wear and talk on their phones while working but listening to her conversation was ridiculous, rude, and totally unprofessional. I’m guessing the manager on duty that came up to the register at one point could care less either.
Called To order no answer. Ordered via app for curbside pickup. Got to store, parked curbside, marked I’m here on app. No one shows up for 10 minutes. Called the store. No answer. Rang until phone hung up. Went inside, of 4 employees, no one greeted me. Not even the one who was stocking cups and saw me waiting. I had to ask for someone to please give me the order I already paid for and wanted to pick up curbside. I asked 2 employees what the phone number for the store is. I wanted to make sure I called the right number. Neither of them knew. Why don’t your employees know store number? One told me to check Google. Finally one got their cell phone and verified the number for me. I told them I called that number twice no answer. Why can’t I get my curbside order or get anyone to answer phone? Their response: we wanted to take care of inside customers first. So I guess since I already paid I don’t matter. This is the third time similar situation has happened with this location so now I’m leaving a review. Dorchester rd location
I love tropical smoothie!! Food and drinks are good! Unfortunately the customer service has not been so good. Those girls don’t greet you and they look at you so hard like you’re a germ. When you try to talk they just walk off. I know we’re in times where no one wants to work so we have no choice but to employ young children, but at least make sure they have excellent communication/customer service skills.
Ive never been a fan of smoothies, until I went here with a freind, now I come back weekly to try a new flavor of smoothie. I realy wish it was easier to see the cup sizes available.
I go here all the time. I use the app on my phone too for rewards. You can also preorder on the app. They offer military discount with ID. The food is alright. I come for the smoothies.

First time coming here and it was really good. Only bought a smoothie but it was delicious. Only complaint is that they only have one size. Wanted a smaller smoothie but they only have the larger size. Still it was really good and I will be going back.
