the place was a quarter full when we got there and remained so throughout our meal. Host seated us quickly and wiped down the table for us. Connor is a great server, he got all our items right, the food did take about 30 minutes to arrive but the kitchen was short staffed and he was trying his best. amazing customer service, and the fried shrimp appetizer was ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️! the wings were large and fresh, the only downside is the long wait time for food when they weren’t busy, everywhere is short staffed at the moment, and the “extra hot” was supposed to be the hottest but it was a little disappointing because i breezed through it ?Nonetheless, we will definitely be back for those ????? the shrimps were freshly breaded, extremely juicy, breading was just right, sauce was perfectly coating it. not too light or heavy, salty or sweet. as a bonus, the plating was done with shrimps in a single direction and on a bed of fresh spinach leaves. i definitely took note of this because many places forgo the garnishing or use scrap ingredients. This is definitely a quality attribute by whomever assembled this dish.In the restaurant industry myself, Connor is a great server, fulfilling all requests and paying attention to small details, engaging the tables and ensuring customer satisfaction. ??
Very disappointed in service and food quality at this restaurant. My order was switched from Salmon to chicken without my permission. 2 of the ingredients were left off. We had waited an hour for our food. I should have been told they were out of what I had ordered and allowed me to choose another item. My family members food was cold. Will never go back. They did offer a discount , but it was not worth an hour wait for cold food.
I’ve been going to Top Dawg ever since they opened; today was the last. The food quality has always been good, but when I received my to go order and recognized a couple of missing items I decided to give them a call. I spoke to the greeter who had given my the order and she remembered me and then I proceeded to tell them of the items missing. She placed me on a brief hold to go and let the kitchen know, but when she got back with me I was told that the kitchen was too busy to handle the issue. I then asked for a refund of the items and after a longer hold she came back and said the manager could offer a voucher if I wanted to drive back up there. My issue is that they refused to make it right by correcting the order or by issuing a refund. There have been other smaller type instances in the recent past, but this one was unacceptable to me and I will no longer patronize this business.

Food was lukewarm and i didn't get any sauce with chicken tenders. Chicken tenders also have no flavor.
We use to love coming here but unfortunately not anymore. It appears other people are having the same issue with service staff taking smoke breaks and ignoring customers. We waited an hour for food on a Sunday night when there weren’t too many other customers in the place. Food quality has also gone down over the last year. They also seem to have an issue with keeping certain items in stock, like the pretzel.
Great bar as long as you're not looking for thr club feel. Recently moved to town and this bar is 2 miles from my house. As a fellow bartender, I enjoy a place to have a beverage with good service. Clean, nice environment with a great staff and good food. I get awesome service each time. Beer and spirit selection is nice, I'd prefer a few more sour beer selection but that's just my preference. Mckenzie and Katie are great bartenders and definitely a big part of why I come back each week.
