The wings aren't great but the sauce is good. Used to get them often just because they were cheap. Now they raised their prices and it's not even close to worth it

Horrible service do not order. Chicken is always burnt and they don’t even buff it in the sauce that you order in. On doordash it’s Wing Experience, once it’s delivered I receive Burger Experience brand of the food I just ordered. Giant ranch cup with only a drop of ranch. No straws with my drink. This was the 2nd time. Never again, I do not recommend.

This is NOT AN ACTUAL RESTAURANT.This is a virtual restaurant, the term people are using is "ghost kitchen". Basically another restaurant or brand operates out of the kitchen of a different restaurant. They can be partners or, in the case of The Wing Experience, just another brand from the established restaurant.I don't think that ghost kitchens are inherently good or bad but this one is just awful. Food is always wrong, never bring the sauces or flavors that you pay for and the customer service when you have an issue is abysmal. If you're going to have an outrageously high delivery fee to start with at least get the food right.I won't be ordering from here again and honestly it really has lowered my opinion of Smokey Bones.
So me and my husband ordered from them last night and it was so amazing and so very good . They were some of the best wings I've had and along time , we got smoked dry rub
First of all, THIS IS SMOKEY BONES !!! YOU ARE JUST ORDERING FROM SMOKEY BONES. Then they left 1/2 of my $50 order out of the bag. I called them to get it redelivered and it took over an hour to get it again. The food is hard, over cooked and dry. Can’t believe they’re scamming people for garbage food.
One of two things happened with my DoorDash order. One they gave my food to the wrong dasher. Two they lied to me when I called and asked if they gave it to a dasher. I think this place just takes DoorDash orders in case they need the money and have the time to make them and then doesn't fulfill the orders if they have people in house. That's why doordash has them under a different name even though it's actually Smokey Bones.
My experience was the same as previous reviews. Missing ranch, the (recommended) sauce on the side for 16 wings didn't even cover them. When you pay for a service fee and delivery fee on top your driver fee you should get what you order. This was a second chance order. Never again.
