Our server Gabe was awsome he was right on everything didn't have to ask for anything and service was spectacular. Food was on point and my steak was at the correct temp. awsome job guys. will definitely be coming here again.

Well we had a 50 minute wait, but it is understandable because most eating establishments are experiencing the same issues but once seated we had an enjoyable dinner. The steak was excellent. They got my husband s order incorrect but was not charged more so going for a great steak , that's what we got. The server was also courteous and attentive.
Honestly writing a review to commend our waiter Koron! He was phenomenal. Even though he was being treated poorly by people of a nearby table he maintained his composure and professionalism. He was kind, patient, knowledgeable about the menu, well mannered and exceeded our expectations. The drinks were delicious, and the steaks were cooked just the way we liked it. They were a little skimpy with the salad toppings other than that; all of the other employees we encountered were nice as well. Thanks for a good first time experience in Charleston.
While Traveling through SC and NC on business, I ate at 4 Texas Roadhouses in 4 days. This was not the worst one. The rolls were good, the beer was cold, service was great. She was by her self and it was busy as all get out. Without her, this would be 2.5 stars honestly. The ribs were not bad, but not as good as Jacksonville, NC. that was the gold standard on my trip. The worst part was the salad. I've seen lettuce that was starting to go brown around the edges, but this was decomposing and slimy. Not sure how you let this slip by. it was 15% of the salad and kind off-putting for the rest of the meal cause you can't help but think "OK, if they let that leave the kitchen, what else is going on back there?" management did stop by and check on me, I showed him the lettuce, they asked me if I wanted anything else, and I didn't, but guess what? The lettuce still sat there in front of me until I left. The guy sitting next to me ordered a med rare porterhouse and I think it was like $32.00. It came out med well at least. One thing I have noticed about this chain is that they are very quick to offer to replace the item, which is good, except if you don't fix the core issue that is causing these things to happen, you just loose money and repeat customers. Just a thought
I'll be honest, I only came for the bread. But, tonight everything was good. We had the ribs, a 20 oz bone in ribeye, the chicken critters, the filet combo with fries. Whoever cooked the ribs last night did an awesome job, I'm not a big fan of their ribs, but last night it was awesome. Totally different than before. My food came crazy late after everyone at my table. And I only had the chicken critters and ribs. But the customer service was excellent. They apologized and proactively resolved any issues. I'm good with that! The sweet tea should definitely not be called sweet. Please, we are in the Carolinas . Charleston at that. Use SUGAR!!! Thanks. I'll be back soon for some more rolls!!!
When I tell y’all we had the BEST service, I TRULY mean it! We had my little ones party at velocity but because we didn’t buy the party package, they wouldn’t let us bring in his cake. We had already planned to go next door to TRH for dinner (20 people) so I called to see if they would let me bring the cake ahead of time, the hostess immediately said yes! Then the servers when we got there ? I swear everyone was just so great! Picture of one of our sweet waiters and my little one after singing Happy Birthday ❤️
My wife and I visited this location for the first time to cellebrate mothers day. The food, the drinks and the experience was great! As good as that was, our server Lauren was amazing. She was so enthusiastic, so attentive and her service was impeccable. You cant go wrong with this franchise. They are consistent and great no matter what state you are in. Great food, great time and an even greater experience!
