Good but not so good scooped yogurt choices
Went to this location 2 days ago and was served sour product. The odd thing is this wasn’t the first time it happened. The first time I went by myself several months ago and thought it was just me and that the yogurt didn’t mix well with what I ate or something. This time me and my girlfriend went and she is still a little sick my stomach is not back to normal yet. I won’t bore you with the details but you get the picture. These are tough times for all business owners and I believe they are stretching their shelf life on the product and trying to save money. I was told they do taste test once in the morning. I’m not buying anything this manager said and I would go there to buy an over priced out dated sour milk product that will get you sick.Of course there was a a female kid working that was sitting in the back on her phone that just came out to ring me up and go right back behind the wall. Someone needs to notify FDA/DHEC about this places practices. Eat here gamble with your health on over priced sour milk products.

This is the worst location ever now. I’m not sure if the girl was a manager or not but she had the worst attitude definitely didn’t want to be there, was on her phone the whole time! I get that it was the day after Christmas but cmon a hello or something. We went around 4 yesterday and They only had like 4 flavors up and working. Idk who owns this store but they definitely need to watch who they hire or go back to business school to learn how to run a proper business
The frozen yogurt was goid tiok three children out for ice cream yhe prices are over ridiculously priced .69 cent per oz the bill was $20 for 3 cones 3 scoops each no toppings. Also they seem to be struggling with gettimg appropriate employes they may want to check labor laws fo SC
The brand says the countries best yogurt and it is by far NOT the best. We've been to yogurt places all around the country and this is probably the worst we've been to. They hardly had any flavors and hardly any toppings. They didn't even have Oreos! I mean come on! Of the flavors they did have they were not the best. Should change their name to just ty for the yogurt. Went in thinking that's a bold statement and it was indeed a lie. Don't even get me started on the price! Spent $20 for extremely mediocre yogurt.
There was a dead bird next to the door bugs all around its head, and some of the toppings were spoiled...I gave it to stars because it had a good selection of yogurt ice cream.
The worst TCBY I have ever seen. Only four flavors to choose from and employee looked like she didn’t want to be there. It’s a shame because this is a great location and DEFINITELY has potential to make good money.
Horrible management and dirty store . DOESNT have respect for employees. Dont recommend..
