Make sure you asked for what you pay for, no receipt from kiosk but they'll hand you a small cup no matter if you ordered a large- I love getting ice cold 1/2 water 1/2 sweet tea but this was aggravating.
Outstanding! This particular store replaced the old store that burnt down further down the road near Goodwin Elementary school. Now they are in a great, open location that has high visibility, better parking areas, well and cleanly maintained grounds, etc. What can I say but Taco Bell hit a home run with this one.So this is my review. I hope the employees there see this because every word is true, as a testament to how great of a job that they are doing!Keep up the good work! So here it is:Great food, excellent customer service, the cleanest Taco Bell in Charleston, and well run by happy and competent management! Even the teenagers who work there are very happy, which is really saying something. And to put the icing on the cake, they even try to remember your name so the next time they see you in the store they personally greet you! If I could give this store more than 5 stars I will!
Went there for lunch with my 93 year old mother..Food was good, service was good,place was clean..Prices have gone up.My #6 chalupa meal used to be $7.99 it is now $9.99.So we ended up with the $5.99 box.
It seems as I get older my food also gets more basic I do like a good bean burrito. But I also always get extra onions because it helps with digestion and sometimes I eat the burrito next morning by slicing it up and putting in the skillet with a little olive oil which also is good for your digestion.
They didn't get my order correct but what they did give me was sloppy. My drink was bad because the machine needed changed it had NO FLAVOR
I have had nothing but good experiences with this location, in fact I dare say this is the best taco bell in the area. I work near this resturance, so I frequent them on my lunch breaks if I'm feeling it. Always great customer service, always making things right and going above expectations.
I bought 2 soft chicken tacos with only chicken, lettuce and tomatoes that's all no sauce or cream cheese... they reassured me it will be what wanted...I get all the way home and there is sour cream all over my chicken tacos ? I was so disappointed i almost trashed it but my brother in law ate it. It never fails everytime I tried to give them a break I'm disappointed ?
The drive through person named Joy was extremely pleasant and efficient. She was personable but also fast and she just had a great attitude. Give her a raise!

I know it's just Taco Bell but I always get such great service at this location. The people really friendly and the service is pretty fast. Food is good. Always hot.
