Shut it Down!! Bunch of kids playing instead of working with blue cookin glove on smh !My husband and I went evening time. pulled up and immediately the back door was wide open and the manager was outside smoking a cigarette on the phone. It took a while for someone to answer drive thru intercom. they told us pull up they’ll bring the food out. 20 mins later my husband goes inside to ask for food, the guys says oh you didn’t get your food? My husband say ill be back for it and we went somewhere else i called northwoods Taco Bell and spoke with thier manger she offer me to come there but they didn’t have fries and said hire up had just left but shed take note and give it to the lady next day to call me , well you know I didn’t get a call and came back and they young lady working there got upset cause we said we didn’t want it, just our money. The manager told us keep the food and refunded us. They should clean house and shut it down.. poor customer service even on hire up side . Id do better job running the store cause i know customer service.
Worst Taco Bell ever I have tried ordering from here multiple times and they are always out of everything the most recent excuse is that they only had “beans” they close long before they are actually supposed too they are rude and unprofessional and act like they get paid to do nothing which essentially it what they are doing, I have seen them in the middle of the day open and standing around eating and socializing and they will be rude if you ask for service. It is my belief that the employees there only do the barest of minimum and work harder to not actually do their jobAll in all they are extremely unprofessional and rude, consistently screwing up orders, and never stocked enough to fulfill orders. This Taco Bell needs all new owners/management/employees, for anyone reading this review I strongly advise you to STAY AWAY from this Taco Bell they will only ruin you day with their incompetence and blatant laziness
Hope this is the one on east doechester sunnwrville. Your staff are dumb fire rhe teenagers that yells a food delivery person there is no delivery and the sign beside her head says they do. So the two orders I needed they didn't make cost her owner my service and my fares.costevwryone and she didn't care. So now are ser I e has froze there sight and want get anymore orders for a while. If you go there they get come backs all the time.
The worst Taco Bell to go to, always the staff have attitude, and don’t want to take orders all the time, it’s either they are gathering inside and no one wants to work, or they say it’s only cash, knowing that most people don’t carry cash, just so they don’t have to work… even you pull at the window looking at them and honking the horn they hide… what kind of place is this? Or they give you less items then what you ordered… they just don’t want anyone to bother them with any orders, so they don’t have to work, they do it on purpose
This location always has issues. Apparently once it hits 9:00pm they start serving a limited menu where they will only make hard and soft shell tacos? Not sure if this is due to a supply shortage or if the workers just feel overwhelmed. Either way I always have a horrible experience.
Been there multiple times for door dash orders and they don’t accept them.Went there tonight,doors locked,employee eating in the dining area,waited in drive thru line to tell me they were not taking any ones orders. Why are they open and what are employees doing in the store if they are not taking orders? Why dont they gave a closed sign? Why are their lights still on?
This place has no quality of management at all. They are never open when they're supposed to be open. The restaurant can be filled with employees but you will sit there and no one will come across the speaker to let you know if something's wrong. Overall bad experience
Went through the drive thru this afternoon at 3:30, was told they’re not taking customer orders at the restaurant. They said they were only accepting online orders or delivery drivers.
Good one, but when I visited last time two items were missing with my drive through order. It was a good experience when you open the package and realize items are missing and you are hungry. Spent another hour to get it back. Customer service has to be improved.
Don’t go to this location unless you want to be cussed at for waiting in an empty drive though for “running up my drive up time”. It’s completely unprofessional to cuss out customers because they don’t want to accurately track their metrics.
