Ordered food, was pleasant and respectful but that doesn’t matter. Tortilla are semi hard and falling apart. Food is cold. People work hard for their money just like these fast food restaurants. This is unacceptable. They wouldn’t want their food made and given to them like that.North Charleston, SC location on Northwoods Blvd

Only getting one star so I can leave a review. We ordered online for our office staff. Upon pulling up to the speaker we were told their registers were down. No problem. We pull up to the window to confirm how we can receive a refund. A very nice lady showed up and said if we provided our cell phones she could complete the order. We were very grateful until 2 girls (who were sitting on their phones in the back) came up and reiterated the registers being down. We explained we knew, we were only going to ask how to get the refund until their very nice co-worker said she could prepare our order. The two girls then got extremely worked up, nothing but attitudes. You could tell they didn’t want to work. Not my first bad experience at this Taco Bell. I highly suggest heading down the street to the Taco Bell on rivers, where they ALWAYS have 5-star service.

I’ve been to this Taco Bell 4 or 5 times in a row.. they never get my order correct.. don’t modify your food at this location as they can’t seem to handle modifications.. each time it’s been at a slower time of day as well so I’m not sure what’s going on.. I’ve worked in f&b so I understand during a lunch or dinner rush things sometimes are over looked but whether we order via DoorDash or drive up ourselves it’s never correct.. no sauce that we ask for.. no modifications made to our orders and completely wrong drinks.. there’s another Taco Bell about 2 miles or so on rivers ave so we’ll go there next time.. I’m tired of driving back and forth to get my food corrected

Avoid this location. Your order will be wrong, you food will be cold, and you will get a serious attitude if you ask for it to be corrected. Oh, and if you have an issue with people not wearing a mask as they prepare your meals, then you definitely better not eat here. The manager doesn't even wear her mask!!! #dontringthebell

They are and have been drive thru only since re opening but on the plus side almost any time of day you can walk by the staff standing outside and get a free contact high. Because of that I gave it one star but other then that not much good to say. Oh staff is not friendly at all either which is surprising when you would assume they are pretty well baked most of the day. All in all this location is nothing you would expect but good weed though.

AVOID! DO NOT ORDER VIA APP! Twice I've ordered during their published hours per the app and upon arrival they were closed. One of the times I was actually able to speak to someone in the drive-thru although they were reluctant to open the window. They said they were out of ingredients and my order would be refunded. Weeks later I had to contact corporate in order to get a refund. The other time I had to dispute it with the credit card company. You will get stuck in the drive-thru line and they won't even take your order for 5mins while sitting at the speaker, despite the only car in front sitting at the window also waiting.

Very bad experience not only was the food here very bad but the drive thru employee was not only arrogant but lazy I ordered 3 things before i got to something they had it just baffles me how certain employees want more money when there not worth $7.00 an hour..its places like these that just makes one not wanting to eat out anymore. It's just not worth it.. negative 5 for this place..

So Tuesday Jan 25 2022, 7: 10 PM I pulled up to the drive through speaker only to be told ( We closed. ) So I backed into the parking lot and waited. Two vehicles pulled up and they got served. I went to the door upset and knocked hard on the door so they could hear me. A young lady came to the door and said she was an assistant manager. She claimed she heard what was said over the speaker and she told her employee she had no right to tell me they were closed and I had a bad attitude. I left.

All your stores really need to figure out what yalls hours on your apps. Cuz I placed an order at one of ur stores and it said yall were open but yet I go there and cones are lined up in your drive-thru and doors are locked but yet yall have people that are they that is not wanting to work. I dont think im gonna be coming back for awhile. Yall need to get a better staff that actually wants to work not lazy people that just wants the money.

I got one of the best cheesy gordita crunches ive ever had here 4 years ago. Since then ive been disappointed everytime. Their freeze machine is down 90% of the time. Most of their staff have poor attitudes. Not necessarily rude but you can tell they dont want to be there. I get it its not a glamorous place to be but you dont have to act miserable. They just had a total renovation so i gave it another try. I used the app to order ahead & was given the option to pick up inside. I got there & the doors were locked no note on the door, just employees looking at us like we were idiots for trying to come in. So i had to go through the drive-thru & wait...they got my order wrong.
