I was to the Taco bell on Rivers avenue and the employee asked me to go ahead with my order. As I was about to some one else came on and said that they were closed at 7 pm so as I was about to pull off they all started laughing I was going to Taco Bell all my life they all should be fired this was on 6/6/2022 never felt so disrespected after working 10 hours just wanted something to eat
Do not go here. I’ll repeat it again and keep making reviews until everyone understands it. DO. NOT.GO.HERE. For one, this Taco Bell is by far the most in the hole I’ve seen as far as their chain of restaurants. Two, THEY ARE ALWAYS CLOSED. YOUR TIME SAYS UNTIL 12, it is 9:30. Two days in a row now I’ve ordered for drive through pickup. TWO times now (5/20/2022/5/21/2022) they of course have a payment and nothing online saying their closed. And now I’ve lost 40$ In total that is not in my bank account. Let’s not forget ALL the times “we’re out of beef, oh and steak too” at 730 at night? you’re literally a taco place and you don’t have ground beef? Give me a break. This Taco Bell is absolutely trash and I can’t express more of how unprofessional it is.
I don’t know what happened to this location ? The food and customer service used to be outstanding. I have attempted to eat there three times in the last two weeks without being able to get anything. We went through the drive through Sunday at 9:30pm. They said they were out of soft shells so we asked for a minute to decide on something else. The lady was very rude and told us no we had to know now they were about to close. Then she refused to except exact change, yet no signs saying they don’t take cash. I understand that staffing is an issue but that doesn’t mean you should treat people like dirt. You should at least be friendly to the customers that are friendly to you. Unfortunately people do not understand that everyone is dealing with supply shortages and having to run with limited employees. Please everyone let’s be kind to each other.
Web site says dine in take out or delivery,upon arrival parking lot was full,tried to go inside but door was locked even though there was some people inside,ended up at drive thru,where as usual my order was screwed up. Guess they were to busy with whoever was inside.
My grandson loves this place. We can have other food but he wants his Taco Bell. Number one fan.
A great place to visit for a quick meal break. The foods is delicious and hot and tasty. Lots of varieties on the menu to choose from for your meals. Friendly Staff and clean dining area. The whole family can enjoy a healthy and hearty meal together with each other.
This place is always super slow (like 20+ minutes to get food) but at least I eventually get my food- usually, until today, when they decided to substitute BEEF instead of BEANS in every item in my entirely vegetarian order. I don't know how that even happens when I'm ordering items that aren't supposed to have meat to begin with. Their staff must be high.Doubt I'll be bothering to go back, this location is trash. I'll drive to the Savannah Highway location so I actually get the right food in a reasonable amount of time.
I don't usually eat fast food but had no choice today. Went to this Taco Bell on Rivers near Aviation Avenue. Looked like only 1 person was working. She did everything well. Food was prepared quickly, was hot and tasted very good. I'll surely go there again
I talked to a regular customer, who was not a door dash or Uber last night. All she did was put her order in as mobile and she was ignored waited and waited with no time frame. She was waiting in the parking lot and I met up with her as I was going to pickup my order also. We both cancelled our order and left. No professionalism, no çustomer courtesy. We understand that every place is short handed. But the lack of common courtesy, is a shame.
It's taco bell... The area is kinda gross but the store isn't bad. Quick drive through and I don't think they have ever messed up my order.
