Horrible service none of the staff help the one lady they got out on the line. And horribly disorganized
My husband and I made a mobile order for pickup at this location.He got a steak and cheese melt (Italian herb and cheese bread, pepper jack cheese x3, grilled, spinach, green pepper, onions, jalapenos, and regular mayo) and I got a sweet onion teriyaki (flatbread, provolone cheese, toasted, spinach, cucumbers, green pepper, onions, jalapenos, and sweet onion sauce)When we got home, we opened it up to discover that our sandwiches were completely COLD, both were missing onions, our cheeses were NOT melted at all,(my husband was supposed to get 3x the cheese and there was barely any) and I was missing green peppers (even though my husband wasn't missing his)I don't know what happened or how this even happened but we were both extremely disappointed. We won't be coming back
Deshaun welcomed me like I was family the manager was patient she and he did a great job!
Awful service. Sandwich was OK at the most. The was a situation with another lady that her change (ten dollar bill) was counterfeit. An odd visit to day the least

They usually do not have a line during most parts of the day so it is easy to get in and out when you are in the area and need to keep moving. The staff here is friendly and efficient at getting everything prepared and makes sure that you get everything you want on your sandwich. I have had a really good experience every time I have been here.

I came into this subway at 6:45 The original young lady who was helping me did a fantastic job however a back up came who’s known by the name of Terry she was very rude and nasty we simply asked if we could switch our fountain drinks because they was flat she said no we don’t do that here so we asked for a refund on the drink she said no we don’t do that neither I said well can I speak with the manager she told me the young lady who was originally helping me was a manager however the young lady who was originally helping me called a manager to simply get a drink switched Terry made rude comments under her breath the only reason why I’m eating my sandwich is because someone else made it we will never return to this location.
