I'm a creature of habit, and sometimes I get on a subway kick. I will go for a couple of months where I will have a sandwich from Subway the same sandwich multiple times a week from subway. I know which subways in the area I can go to and expect to get my sandwich made properly and which ones I can't.This Subway is one that I generally try to avoid because nine times out of 10 there's something wrong with the sandwich. Unfortunately I've been working in the area for the last few days and I've noticed the glass they cover all the food with hasn't been cleaned any of the days that I've been in there.I also don't like a lot of meat on my sub and was just told today that the manager isn't going to make an exception to only put half the portion of meat on my sub anymore with the other half on the side even though no other Subway has a problem with it.I also watched them while I was in there and refuse to remake sandwiches for a woman whose order they messed up.This place just isn't clean and they don't have very good order accuracy or customer service. Wouldn't recommend it.
Worst Subway! Fat white lady that works there morning/lunch shift SO RUDE TO CUSTOMERS!!! Not only me but others especially the old people who struggle! I will not return there! They messed up my sandwich and proceeded to make me wait for theM TO FIX MY SANDWICH, while the line was already out the door! Just fix it make it right and let me be on my way! I understand things happen, but make it right! Time before I ordered online went to pick up and they closed the store early! I see them in there and ask them cancel my order bc online I checked out as a guest and they don’t allow you cancel your order when you order as guest! Teenage or early20s boy was so rude to me when I tried to explain! I had to go back up there the next day and have them cancel the order. Just bad experiences at this location.
My experience at subway was alrighty mate, look we cool but if I come back here and my food get cold when I go outside, I’m not coming back, never coming back. The food was good, but like but my sandwich back in that oven for just one more minute please and thank you. Bye, have a blessed day, my bf said it was slack tho and we shoulda got pizza. Yeah, just get it together.

If I could write them a zero star I promise you that's exactly what I would doI go in about 7:30 this evening stand in line for 20 minutes while the girl mops the floor the line continues to back up by the time she finally walks over and starts taking care of customers she's got 10 people waitingWhen I do finally get up to the counter and start making my sandwiches she tells me they don't have peppers onions and several other toppings are emptyI don't know how a place is supposed tocontinue to operate when they don't have the ingredients necessary to make the sandwiches that people ask forLarry's Giant Subs here I comeI say boycott SubwayWhat a waste of time and space
Toaster oven didn’t work
I wish I could give no stars. I went into this location today because my online order wasn't correct and instead of remaking my order the minimum wage employee decided to argue with me. Then after someone else stepped in and I expressed that I didn't want her to fix my food she continued to yell at me about i don't want to fix your food. That is very unprofessional, and word of mouth is the best form of advertising. I will be sharing this experience.
I got subs from door dash and it's like they use the messed up bread for orders out. The bread was pretty much shredded the subs were right but they didn't put any condiments on either sub. I won't be ordering for delivery again
