I ordered an online order for this subway, and when I went in to get my order(remind you I’m on a 30 minute lunch) and they were refusing to even hand me the food. The older man in there literally held it under his nasty armpits and tried to make me look like a complete thief. I showed that it was my order and he kept questioning and asking what was on the order, told him what was on the order, and continued to disrespect me. I was also suppose to get a bottle water and a bottle coke, and once again this man and probably his wife kept assuming that I was taking but no once again I paid for it so I should know what I had and what I don’t have. Don’t go here for pickup because otherwise they’ll take your money and food. And they’ll be hearing from my end about taking peoples PAID food and not giving it to them no matter the numerous times I proved to them that it was my order. I would give zero stars if I could.
She refused my buy one get one free coupon, she was rude and said it wouldn't scan. She was awful said that I should've mentioned the coupon before I ordered. I refused the food. The meat and toppings were scarce. This subway gives terribly small portions and charges more then most of them also. I went up to the ashley phosphate location they entered in my coupon just fine there.
Very Cheap Subway. Me and my buddy came here with coupons. Buddy had buy 1 footlong get one free coupon and the guy said he couldn’t scan the coupon, but he let me use my 2 footlong for 12.99 coupon. And to top that terrible excuse, the sandwiches barley had ANYTHING on them compared to other subways. Do not recommend this place.
Rude to customers. Doesn't let you order what you want. I wanted a kids meal and he upcharges it for more money. Don't go here, seriously. It's that bad.
You definitely want to stay away from the subway. Talk about bad attitudes. I'll definitely will not be back.
I’ve been here the past few days and things were alright until earlier today I was restricted from getting more than two refills on my fountain drink. Customer service was awful old man who I assume was the owner was very rude to me but my money will go to other establishments

The customer service was terrible, sandwich maker was rude, disrespectful and should not be allowed to work there, I am a Walmart associate and many of my co-workers go there daily. I plan to share my experience with them. We will take our business elsewhere.
I had a $10 digital gift card through email to use. Normally my meal (same exact meal I get every time) is $11 but this time it was $15….Didn’t bother me much because I had a $10 gift card. The man had me scan my digital gift card (I made sure to tell him it was a gift card, not the app) and he said I needed to pay the full price with my debit card. I showed him my phone (that clearly showed the gift card) and he said “no it does not scan”. I asked if he could try inputting the gift card number and he said no. The email clearly states I have $10 on the card and it is not expired. I stated I only came to subway this evening because I had the gift card. Still, the man just stood there. I wish I could’ve put my food back and left without being super disrespectful. I will not be returning to this Subway sadly.After looking at my receipt closely, my gift card and balance are on there but weren’t applied to the meal cost! I had to pay the whole price rather than him allowing me to use my gift card.
This subway is awful!! I went to this establishmet a few times due to it being next to my work. They offer free wifi, and it allows for me to do school while I am on a short lunch break from work. Today I was told by the older gentleman that I was no longer allowed to use my computer and do school work. He told me that I was only allowed to eat quickly then leave. He was very rude to me. I will never be returning to this place again.However, I will say the lady that works here is very sweet. If you chose to go to this location hopefully you will not have to encounter the older gentleman.
