Make sure your phone works at the store.. My drink was not any good and I tried calling the store. The phone number does not work. I was in 5 o'clock traffic and didn't want to go back ? No way to let them know. $5.13 for a green tea lemonade the was weak and not pleasant tasting. I'm sure someone just missed getting the formula right. It was so weak I couldn't even drink it. Usually great drinks here. Very disappointing.
I do not know why I even continue to give this location a chance!!!!!!!!! Every time I go to this location, they mess up at least one drink in my order. Today, instead of just dealing with it and not being rude. I asked for my drink to be remade! It was made the exact same way. Horrible!!!!!!!! This will be the LAST time I visit this location. It would be a different story if my 2 drinks didn’t cost $20!!!!!! Sick of my money being wasted on nasty coffee! Luckily there are 3 locations near my house!
I normally love this store, but today I ordered a different drink and it comes with the whipped cream and sprinkles she gave it to me with neither and told me it doesn't come with it. Then said whipped cream is free and gave it to me out the window and I spilled some of my drink on me before she gave me a different lid. And I still don't have cinnamon dolce sprinkles!
It's nice when they remember your drink in the drive through, even though you come about once a week!
Closed two hours before online and the sign on the door say they should be. If you’re going to close early, hang up a sign or change the time online so people don’t waste their gas.
Ordered a Shaken Espresso from this location and received the cup 2/3 filled. When I expressed my concern to the drive thru attendant he completely brushed me off by saying that’s how this drink is made. I know this to be untrue as this is my usual order just not at this location. Starbucks online customer service was great at responding to my complaint. I would not recommend this location to anyone. Attendant at the drive they need to be more professional and less dismissive.

Starbucks is a great place to go the drinks and desert are great. They are very professional and fast to get you through the drive-thru
