Busy location and another customer took our order but the drinks were excellent, friendly staff
The staff is very friendly, they saved me and two friends the night with an excellent coffee before driving 2 hours to Savannah :)))))))
Great customer service. Definitely a good place to get a drink for a nice walk in Charleston. Saw almost everyone with a Starbucks drink
Manager treats employees absolutely terrible. shows favoritism, and discriminated against her own employees, but puts on a show for the district manager and the customers. with her being manager i say the store needs to be shut down since she can’t handle managing a cafe only store and let her employees enjoy being there. therefore if you ever encounter a barista that might not be in a good mood. 100% it is that current manager.
Very crowded. Employees very nice,but I had to throw away my coffee. The ice and whipped cream was melted and had a horrible taste. On days like today they need more help.
This store is normally a pleasant visit but today drinks took 20+ minutes to get and frequently came wildly out of order, and no, not because of mobile orders.
Like most Starbucks, but they weren't prepared for a larger order first thing in the morning. Otherwise, the drinks were as expected (delicious!). Also this store is one of the busier ones I've been to, so it's great if you're grabbing a drink while shopping but I wouldn't recommend it for meeting up and grabbing a coffee to catch up with a friend not would I recommend it for a work away from home spot.
Always great service. We just went in for coffee drinks. People always friendly. Great shop!!
I had 2 orders it was both messed up my first had whipped cream after I asked for none and my second was a frappe and they gave me a black coffee instead ??
The manager and the team here are great! There is a great vibe to this place. They make it worthwhile of waiting in line while working hard to get your orders completed in a timely manner.
