This had employees chatting the whole time. Leaving 10's of drinks for people that had already left mad. While the people that ordered after us got their drinks before us. We only ordered 2 drinks. Not the best, and they were actually staffed well.
Rudely tell me they’re closed at the drive thru speaker and have me sit waiting behind all the cars to get their orders. Put a sign out saying closed and serve the cars stuck in the drive thru! Complete lack of customer service.
I placed a mobile order at this location at 9:55, the drive thru was long, so I just went into the store. I got to the store and walked in around 10:00. The man that walked in behind me continued to the counter to order his coffee, while I stood near the front pick up counter with many others. Four more people walked in moments later and also placed an order at the counter. These five people all got their orders before I did, so I'm not sure what the point is for mobile ordering. When my order was called 15 minutes later, I walked up to the counter where the barista was finishing up my drink. He seemed to be looking for something, probably the cinnamon I requested, and when he couldn't find it, he just topped my latte with whipped cream. Definitely not what I ordered. If I had time I would have requested it be corrected, but at this point, what I thought would be a quick coffee was anything but that.
So I have to give a shout-out to my favs Kayla and Bri every morning even when they are exhausted .. THESE GIRLS ARE FULL WITH EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE AND MOTIVATION! My frappuccino always taste delicious! Thanks girls and thanks Starbucks for having them! ❤️?
dine-in, takeout, and mobile order are not available at this locationi asked if i could order inside and just leave because i don’t own a car; was told that it wasn’t their problem and i could order
Always friendly staff I usually come in between jobs I work across the street at bonefish it's nice to see. I love them. And if you read this please remember to tip and be friendly it's hard out here for food service workers
Employees are nice. Everyone had a nice attitude. However, long wait on the Drive Thru (there were only 4 cars ahead of me) Decaf tasted like water.
Came into the cafe and was greeted by a bright eyed Isaiah. He was making the drinks so quickly and yet still managed to make a conversation with me about my day! And an immaculate white mocha as well. Made my day. Will come back for sure!
Great service the only reason i don't give 5 stars is because their is always a long drive through line that moves slow.
Interesting place, with some history and they have a pretty good self guide set up. However, the volunteers working there are very nice too.
