Usually good food. There have been a few times that I had to send a food item back or speak with a manager on the problem. But service is good and ordering on their app is good. If you order on the app your food is usually waiting for you when you arrive. So that is a plus in my opinion. There is only one other Sonic of which is on College Park Road of which appears to cut down on food portions. I have tried it several times and have been shorted on food portions every time. I will not go back.
Waited ten min, pushed the Ed button three time and Noone answered. Sonic has gone down hill with their service and their choice variety over the past few years. I keep hoping they will get better but I am let down every time I go there. I have tried multiple locations and still nothing has gotten better. Unfortunately I will not go back.
Over 20 min not moving a single inch in drive true. At 10:30 on a Friday with a line wrapped around they shut off lights.l, and turned everyone away. After being in line since 10 it took til 10:39 for them just to turn me away. I used to work for company. It is very sad how it runs now. BTW says closes at 12pm online. You lost a bunch of people. Atleast 10 cars left. I'd be passed as a resturant owner.
The food is usually good but,each drive through is different in how they handle their drinks .However that being said their servers need to take the time to check the lids closer and they almost all give you a sloppy dripped over the sides mess of a drink!and the only location to have a server to take the time to make the Sonic Blast correctly anymore and to make sure the cup is neat ,when she hands it over to you is the Sonics off of the Berlin g Myers up by the Rev bank !It is greatly appreciated to have their servers actually tell you your total to you through the speaker instead of at the window THANK YOU VERY MUCH!
My experience was great and my server was very kind. With only two workers these ladies really had their day organized and worked as a unit.
Order hot dogs and wasn't offer any ketchup or mustard so I push the button couple of times no answer so I went to the window to get someone attention they didn't pay me any attention didn't said anything so I walk off and got back in my vehicle and had to go to the gas station down the road for ketchup and mustard and they didn't even charge me for it so if y'all so short staff let your customer know that just remember they are how u received a pay check without them u can't run a business
Inattentive drive-through service at the University Boulevard location, in North Charleston. "Unsweetened" and "Sweet" iced tea sounds the same to them. Large and small drink size also sounds the same. It's very aggravating to tip the server and find out later the order is incorrect.Many of the drive-in stalls are out of order.
I like that Sonic has the drive-in booths so that everyone in the vehicle can decide what they want without holding up the line. The food was good, the price was good and even though they were shorthanded the service was good. Frankie did a great job.
Skimped on the extras we were upcharged for in our shakes! Jr. Chili Cheese Frito thingy is awesome though!
Food was good, I'm thinking they are understaffed tho, spent over 30mins in drive thru. However, I love sonics milkshakes. So I'll always go back
